Hearts yesterday had roughly 15 minutes of the game when they looked dangerous, and managed to score twice. Jablonec away from home was roughly the same. So was Hearts away. All games where we have dominated for almost all the game but conceded two in each of them.

Just seen his post match interview. I know others have said before but indeed it is so refreshing to see our manager talk about the game the way we see it and not fabricate excuses.
Like joe hart’s saves last week, Ange’s demeanour and honesty will give the players and the team confidence. It can only be a good thing.

I watched the highlights back there. Did anyone notice how much of a threat we were from corners? Welsh won three headers in their box, even Eddy got his head on one. Good to see improvement there. All thanks to Turnball's delivery too.

First time I’ve been properly looking forward to our games in a long time.

No more going through the motions and hoping a piece of individual skill gets us the win, we’re playing with proper tempo and purpose.

Early days yet but the signs are very encouraging. If he had taken 6 months to get us playing the way we are going forward I think everyone would’ve been delighted with that in all honesty. To do it in 6 weeks or whatever it’s been is properly impressive.

 

I sometimes have to work out at a mine site near the pub from Crocodile Dundee. It is in the middle of nowhere but a pretty * popular tourist attraction even after all these years.

Agree. I have read recently in the press where Ange has been referred to as the Australian Stein.

I resent comments like this. Jock Stein is a Celtic icon and a Celtic legend and has left his indelible mark on the club.

Ange is who he is and should be judged on his own merit and successes. It is unfair and unwarranted to compare him with Stein.
