Ange can't escape all the critics tonight but we all know who really is to blame. It's the board. Closing down professional structures at the first opportunity after Rodgers left is was costs us. Having 40m cash on the bank but a team full of loanies and no real scouting department in place are the things that cost us. We have a billionaire owner who doesn't know how to run a business. Don't know how he made his money. Just know that he was involved in some shady deals in the 90s costing the Irish tax payers millions. He and his lackeys at the board are no football people and have no idea how a football business is run. They got away with it because it's basically a two team league. We need to start protests against the board * fast because otherwise last season just repeats itself.

we need to turn our possession into goals and pts simple as that

i'll give the manager time but i am worried that hes stubborn on philosophy and will put the philosophy above getting results

he needs to get the players to pass with a purpose to create chances and score goals rather than this passing the ball with no purpose other than to tire teams out!!!

weve been doing this for far too long, its interesting the most dangerous we looked in this game is when we went 2-1 down and it panicked us into some action with the forrest goal bound shot and the christie header

The refereeing was shockingly bad. That was a goal, and a disgraceful decision to call it offside. They were allowed to get away with constant fouls and shirt pulling. The problem is, it shouldn't have mattered. We were lightweight today. The defending... sweet Jesus. James Forrest and others were completely ineffectual. There's a lot of criticism of Ralston, but at least his heart's in it, and he seems to be passionate about giving everything he has. And that's the positive I'm going to take away from this dismal result. We did have a lot of energy and desire, and were dominant for large parts of the game. There were a lot of new faces in our team, and I'm just hoping they can bond quickly and become a more cohesive unit. We should have won today, but it was always going to be a difficult game for us.

To be fair to Ange our bench is hardly full of quality, it consisted of
    • Barkas
    • Furuhashi (who has been in Glasgow a day)
    • Ajeti (Who is crap)
    • Christie
    • Rogic (Who is passed it and needs to be moved on)
    • Montgomery ( a youngster who is hardly goung to come on and change the game dramatically)

I had a moment of trying to make myself feel better by saying to myself
Ah well that might be a blessing in disguise they might get their finger out and sign some players. Then I remembered

    - we have needed a goalkeeper for a season

    - our full backs were replaced by loan signings last year. Surly with the idea of biding time to replace those players, who were obviously not good enough hence the loans
But nope they start the new season

    - we clearly need more physicality so we sign 2 more lightweight 5’ 7’ players and a small Defender

    - we need more personalities, leaders. So we sign the quietest players ever

It has to be a hatchet, sabotage job it has to be

Let's not kid ourselves. We need much better behind the scenes and it's been much publicised but we also need much better from AP and the team tonight. That team on paper is head and shoulders above what hearts have. AP is not getting very much from this team so far and whatever way you dress it...that's a poor reflection on him.

Our bench is still better than theirs, no doubt about it. He could have changed the formation and brought players on before he did.

Personally I think bringing any of these players on with the exception of Christie weakens us.

Ange never got any criticism from me on Wednesday but tonight was ridiculous, it was clear it needed changed at half time, certainly after the goal, we needed Christie on rapid and another striker. Baffling decisions.

    So Kyogo made us weaker?

Ange kept the team shape and tactics and we still lost with Christie going on.

We should have beat them, we had enough quality and our players are better than theirs.

I think he left the subs too late on Wednesday as well. Said it then too.

I honestly think he cost us tonight, but when credit is due he will get praised but he should also be criticised when he gets it wrong.

We had enough quality to beat them, anyone who says we didn’t then we may as well not bother turning up each week if we don’t have enough to beat a newly promoted side.

Well considering that he has not trained with the squad has had no time to settle and has been in the country for a day I would say yes. What shape do you think may have worked with the players available?

Because we still have far better players than them. Apart from that * Gordon, who would you take from their team?
