BBC better discusses if it's ethical to drag an alcoholic into the media time and time again. When you hear the nonsense he's talking they should protect this addict from himself.

The shower appointment was the beginning of the shambles we now find ourselves in.

Started long before that. Trying to cheapskate the McGinn deal and subsequent missing out on him was a big mistake, not just for the player, but it essentially told Rodgers that his opinions about signings etc would be ignored, the whole Boyata situation, the club wasting money on things like laser and light displays instead of investing where it mattered all were indicators of things beginning to turn. Getting Lennon in as a temp appointment was the right call at the time, just to do a job and get us over the line after BR left, but that shower appointment was totally fitting with the overall trend of poor decisions being made around that time by Lawwell & co.

Agree with most of that Tbf mate, I know we should have signed mcginn and the first 2 guys that came in dembele and sinky were top drawer, Rodgers was great at getting the best out of guys already there like Forrest, lustig, Rogic, mcgregor Armstrong even Tierney but most of his signing s, commper, Jack hendry, Dorus de vries, , Gamboa, kolo Toure, kouassi, benyu, Scott Bain to name but a few were absolutely horrendous signings, so I would definitely have thought twice about giving him a lot more to spend, his eye for a player was pretty poor

How many of them were Rodgers targets and how many were what the board would sanction? I agree that Rodgers was not the best when it came to having an etye for a player, but I think that the McGinn one in particular was a turning point in the souring of relations between Rodgers & Lawwell. Not saying this was the only reason why BR grew increasingly frustrated or that it was the only reason, but it certainly didn't help.

I know you shouldn't wish people bad things but I could really do with Lenny losing his voice so he finally stops badmouthing people who show some dignity and who have to clean up the mess he left.

    Bumping his receding gums again….
(I wondered how long it would take after the other night)

Just a pathetic specimen trying to reassure himself (and any media numpty who will listen) that he was right all along and badly treated….

If he genuinely had any self-respect or faith in his management skills he’d stop whoring himself around any outlet too stupid to say no…and get himself a job.

I hope he’s never seen at CP again.

Ange has shown more accountability in a month than he did all of last season. And Ange isn't even to blame. The day he was appointed in the Hampden showers is the day we shot ourselves in the foot.

Can't keep his mouth shut either.

So many people on here backed him for so long, even going so far as to paint him as a true Celt hurting like the rest of us and struggling on because of a sense of duty, despite increasing evidence to the contrary.

Obviously there’s no ambiguity about Lennon’s character and motives now.

You think he would have the decency to keep his mouth shut and move on, if only for his supporters’ sake.

I feel we might see some sort of apology from him once he’s humbled at his next few jobs, just like he was humbled last time.
