Initially I was basing my comments on Albian from reading the threads regarding his scoring. Unlike yourself there in Scotland I do not have the opportunity to watch Celtic regularly from Melbourne. I should not have referred to him as a provider from the wings. Having watched him on youtube clips in previous seasons I now have a better understanding of what type of player he is. Seems he did not get enough game time last year.

He was very much connected with Basel FC before coming to Celtic. From what I have seen of him he is a very capable and skilful player who prefers to operate in the left and right channels as an inside forward. Two good feet, good positioning, brave, shoots well. I am sure he will have a better opportunity this year to do what he does best.

 

Transfer rumours gone very quiet these last few days,hopefully pull another shock Kyogo type signing out of the blue in the next day or 2.

 

Another 3 signings in lb an rb and even if we get papped out of Europe the league will be looking a lot better in yhe long run.

Would 100% be ok about this. Always been very impressed when I have seen him against Scotland for Israel. Generally kept Robertson quiet and was always a good duel between the 2. He's not the long term answer because I'm sure he's 30 odd but he would be for a couple of seasons. Good going forward and defensively.

Got a horrible feeling we are going to go with Taylor as first choice LB. Purely because one are worse in other positions.
