I like his honesty also, but time will tell whether he's a good manager or not....he will eventually be treated like any other, good he stays,* he's out.

He is already playing with both hands tied and again that from the Scum in charge,if he gets what he wants and gets rid of a majority of this squad and rebuilds then that will be dynamite...I hope he succeeds in this.

If he doesnt get what he wants then if he leaves i hope he gets stuck into these * and tells it how it is and what happens behind scenes.

Just watched his press conference from yesterday, night and day from Lenny. I enjoy his honesty and no BS attitude wityh the media and I think him giving that amount of insight in to what he is and isn't happy with behinds the scenes will make the board sweat a little, which can only be a good thing :giggle1:

It's obvious he's been calling out whoever is running our recruitment.

Reminding them in no uncertain terms that this ISN'T 2019. The world has changed and Lawell/ new * are dicking about as per usual.

My fear now is that you can see he's starting to get miffed.

He has previous for not allowing people to * about and hinder him.

I’m a bit concerned about fitness to be honest.

I think it goes back to him not having quality coaching at the club. No way should we be struggling this badly for fitness levels.

I assume Ange knows his stuff but at top level you need fitness experts going through each individual players fitness in detail. I feel we don’t have that and once again, Ange is being let down.

If he gets the time he deserves you can assume the team will be fit.

There'll be none fitter, but if they're not fit now then that should be enough to show the Chuckle Bros the door.

In regards to right back he won’t have seen enough of ralston or O’Connor would t be surprised if he’s ran it by Kennedy

Wouldn't be surprised if he knows full well if he plays O'Connor and O'Connor is anyway decent be will be told to get to * by the board in signing a first choice RB.

"Sure you have a 20 year old full international at right back and a second choice in a experenced champions league player in Ralston you will be grand. You can have £1.75mill to replace edoaurd and Peter lawwells sons cleaner friend is a cleaner for Lewis grabban so we may be able to try get him in on loan"

Nah don’t worry about that, Ange will have the players together behind the scenes, will have created a siege mentality.

While Cal Mac had the steely face on, I did catch him laughing when Ange gave it to the board saying we need a miracle card.

KO is on at 4.45am. Think the CL has moved from Optus Sport to Stan Sport. You have to sign up for Stan(30 day free trial) then sign up Stan Sport as an extra expense(7 day free trial).

He’ll have them fitter than last year. Ange will be wanting to build that up further, but that takes time, otherwise you get injuries if done too fast.

    Absolutely agree.

It’s more because Ange mentioned it. He seems concerned about it. I think it’s another one of his frustrations - that his coaching team aren’t doing enough to get the players fit.

I think we’ve also had a few minor injuries too which is worrying too. Again - I don’t put that on Ange, we should have experts handling that. Ange sets the standard and agenda but he needs experts in to execute it to a high standard.

Agree with that. Very important to have experts in the field when it comes to physical fitness. The wrong people can do a * of a lot of damage.

Ronny Deila did a fantastic job with James Forrest's injury issues. James was constantly out with calf injuries, couldn't put 5 games together as we kept rushing him back. Ronny had a different approach and just told him his season was over and to rest.

Went on to play 28, 35, 33, 28 league games next four seasons.

Did it not come out that it was to do with Forrest driving on the motorway to training every morning with not much movement in his legs.

I'm sure I read this somewhere.

Aye, he had problems with his feet and they determined him driving the 1hr from Prestwick to Lennoxtown and back every day was exacerbating the issue. I think he had specialist footwear made or something.

See whether or not that true, that's what I'm talking about when I say a team of experts looking at fitness in detail.

We're talking about millions of pounds at stake these days, it's the details that make the difference.
