I hope Ange is backed as from the limited first team players at his disposal and few games we have played you can already see the style
he is trying to implement and it’s encouraging to see youngsters embracing this as well.

Both the young lads from Sheffield Wednesday look promising too however, we badly need some first team players in and the situations with Ajer, Edouard, Ntcham and Christie sorted so he knows where he stands with his team going forward.

No chance. You should know the drill by now. We won’t see any immediate first 11 signings until after we’re out. And then it’ll be * players probably coz we can’t afford them (so we’re told).

Yeh absolutely, if u only play 1 way you have already shown your hand , you have to be able to change it up to suit , be adaptable .

How many Australians are here now? I figure when we number two dozen we can really start to press our claim for that Steve Irwin subforum.

I think if backed he could produce something great. I do think he knows what he wants to do and can get the best out of players, but will need time.

Thats the issue. IF backed. This window is massive...the squad is very threadbare.

    What will
What happens with Griffiths now that he has no charges to answer to in a legal sense . Will he continue as before and be part of Ange's plans ?

forget the legal side of things. The club has a moral obligation to give him the Tijuana brass

Will depend on what his contract says regarding codes of conduct beyond legal responsibility.

Problem is a board with no vision off the pitch but hey build that hotel and museum asap. 1 game from cl on tuesday .no chance we will even get into el group stages. Not a hope even for the most optimistic fan like me.ange is a breath of fresh air stiffled by a board not spending our money .HH

At least he doesn't sit quiet like Lennon did by pretend everything was good. Ultimately tho that's what the board want.

Should have had 5 or 6 boys in by the point along with a couple out who don't want to be hear. We are sadly writing Europe off as a total bonus.

Seen a quote by him. Doesn’t sound confident about getting anyone in this week. Hopefully next week.

Back to being scunnered again. No new signings on the horizon for the positions we really need such as GK, RB, LB and some of our players injured already. Deja vu and Groundhog Day all rolled into one. Our new manager looks as though he has found the "Celtic way" when it comes to signings

As for the Midtjyland match, it’s actually probably the best competitive start Ange could ask for. A Euro team whom play fluent football and not park the bus. We all know there’s going to be challenges playing Angeball in the SPL, however for the team buy in, playing another team who play expansive football can only help cement the vision. I think the boys will really get some belief. Yes we need some new bodies, but I’m not discounting our chances in this match.

At least there are positive signs even this early, imperative the Board gives the manager the tools to do the job.
