Was thinking about this, looks to me like he's giving minutes to those who are enthusiastic about what he wants to do. Hopefully McKay is seeing the lack of quality and depth we have, in fact it might even be what Ange us going for.

Boring game but a good test for the run of the mill SPL teams who sit very deep but we need better delivery from out full backs if we are going to score against teams like this

We did lose both our wingers early on tbh, no surprised about the lack of goals.

I enjoyed that, only thing we were missing was creativity and a cutting edge in the final third.

Definite signs of a distinct style of play, speed of thought and passing both good and with the right personnel this will be an exciting season.

Absolutely no penetration. Players not willing to take a shot and too much tippy tappy stuff getting us nowhere. We desperately need a target man, GK, LB and RB very fecking soon

Played well but never looked like scoring.

I liked the high press but better teams will play thru it and expose us, still plenty of positives to take away.

Created nothing second half, we need a few more signings, not enough quality available towards the end I didn’t think. McGregor the standout, Montgomery done well and like the look of Murray and Hjelde.

For those who are in love.....
Second half bored me to tears..

    Hazard in goal us stinking
    Henderson offers fuckall anymore whatsoever
Robertson was pish when he came on

Murray was good at centre half
    Urhoghide good at right back
Shaw again decent in the middle
    McGregor our best player

First half we played really well but we were completely * out there and with a makeshift side. The lack of depth is there for all to see..

Even our starting injured player's aren't really first teamers..

Ange should never play Ralston again, it would be a humanitarian gesture.

    Thoughts,

Mcgregor looks raring to go. Class above anyone in both strips.

Urgohide, Hjelde, Murray and Shaw look ballers.

Johnstone and Dembele injuries are worrying. Johnstone especially. Doesn’t look as if he’s going to catch a break here.

We need to be more clinical with our final ball. Many times Ajeti took up good positions in the box and wasn’t found by any of the guys on the ball. That needs worked on.

Full back positions must be addressed pronto. Ralston isn’t a footballer, needs punted. I’m actually all for giving Boli another shot at left back because Taylor just doesn’t do anything.

Henderson just doesn’t do anything. Average and not going to make it here.
