He won’t have much say in transfers but that’s nothing new here. Deila didn’t have much say. Lennon either and Rodgers would’ve had a few flung on him too.

Unless we sign some new defenders, I don't want Welsh or Taylor or Ralston playing out from the back.

Also, this season, if we're up against Ross County, and they have 11 men behind the ball and we can't break them down. We shouldn't have 3 CB's on the pitch marking the centre circle.

We should have a big 6ft 6in striker on for headers. Our strikers scored 1 headed goal last season (Griffiths). There's no shame in going long or throwing in crosses if the other team doesnt want to play football.
