Maybe Griffiths should stick to messaging people of a legal age only.

 

Does he though? As far as I can see he's sat in his house munching teacakes and sending emojis to any burds that show a bit of skin on instagram, hoping that they'll throw their pants off because a famous footballer messaged them.

That's as lazy and low effort as it gets in terms of trying to pull, and it's just shows you Leigh Griffiths attitude. Doesn't want to do anything that requires a bit of hard work, just wants everything handed to him on a plate.

He's a * waster and he needs punted pronto.

 

Great advice. Leigh if you’re reading this:


Get yoursel washed and shaved. Bit of gel in the hair son.

Get a well ironed shirt on. And some of that expensive aftershave your Mrs bought ye.

And get yoursel off down to the dancin young man.

Put in the hard yards. None of this Instagram *. Buy a few drinks. Use a few of your da’s aul chat up lines. Charm the pants off some beautiful lady and get back to hers.

Drop your Mrs a text the next morning and she might come lift you

I’m not defending Leigh by any means however the huns are foaming at mouth, tweeting Police Scotland telling them to investigate him for messaging “underage” girls.

Regardless of what ANYONE thinks, if he was messaging her, she is 16 and is not underage. Creepy yes, but anything else is not up for debate.

 

How many times does it have to be said that LG should be nowhere near any sort of social media. In fact, I'd have written it into a clause in his contract that any sort of social media usage makes his contract nul and void at the discretion of the manager.

I’m not a lawyer I’m afraid nor have I looked at the Act referenced.

A quick google suggests that it’s covered by much earlier Acts in any event.


“Under the Protection of Children Act 1978 and the Criminal Justice Act 1988, taking, possessing, or sharing sexualised images of any person under the age of 18 is a criminal offence.

This is true despite the age of consent for having * being just 16, and unfortunately the fact that the young person either consented to the pictures being taken, or took the pictures themselves, is not a defence.”

In the UK it is not only an offence to take an indecent image of a minor, but also to possess one or to distribute it.

 

Well you learn something new everyday. Plus to be fair I wasn’t aware there was an image shared, I thought it was just chat.

That's defo the facts! But then he hit her with the Camera emoji which to dirty dogs is a request for a nude, so my mate tells me anyway

 

But he was clearly wanting more.

And as has been pointed, the fact he sent emojis of a camera and not explicitly said it in words shows he knows exactly what he was doing and how wrong it was.

 

Is that the chat now, back in my day when we chatted to birds on bebo we were upfront about it, a/s/l, your stunning and want to cam on MSN?

 

In my day the only social media was her maw's landline.....
