I agree. The attitude of the Scandinavians that we have had in the past has been excellent (there are probably some exceptions). Even Ajer himself who clearly wants to leave has put in a shift for us in a very disappointing season. If only players like Edouard and Ntcham had the attitude of Scandinavians.

 

The only one who I would say had a bad attitude was Stefan Johansen. Spat the dummy when he didn't get his move in 2015. Would absolutely love another big Swede in defence like Mjallby

 

If I remember right im sure there was a swede who played up front for us who was pretty decent too....Henry Larkson or something like that.

I'd be pleasantly surprised if we spent 9 mill on 2 centre halves. Experienced late bloomer who by all account's was a regular for his side finishing 4th in Russia. A youngster who's a regular at his club and with massive potential off the Croatian conveyor belt..

100%. If we got the Starfelt and Vuskovic, I’d be quite happy to see another CB come in on loan. That would be that position sorted. We still need 1 left back and a right back. If Urgohide is a right back/centre back, it probably stops us going for 2 right backs

 

Vuskovic isn't strong in that area either. He appears to be a more progressive passer than Starfelt though.
