CELTIC outcast Boli Bolingoli could be set to end his Parkhead * by signing for newly-promoted Turkish club Altay SK.

The left back spent the season on loan at Basaksehir last term after his calamitous error of judgement at the start of the season when he failed to quarantine after a secret trip to Spain and played against Kilmarnock, causing Celtic's games to be postponed which led to severe criticism of the player.


Bolingoli initially resurrected his career with his new club though and made 13 appearances for Basaksehir, before he picked up a knee injury while playing against PSG in the Champions League and was forced to undergo surgery on his knee injury.

He looked set to miss the rest of the season and return to Celtic, but he returned to action for the final games of the season in Turkey as his club avoided relegation.


Basaksehir have declined to take up their option to buy the 25-year-old who will return to Glasgow, where he still has two years left of his deal.

However, he's set to be handed a chance of a return to Turkey by ambitious newly-promoted club Altay, with the Izmir club celebrating promotion to the Turkish Super League for the first time in 18 years after a playoff win.

New president Ozgur Ekmekcioglu has pledged to spend for the new season in a bid to keep Altay in the top flight and wants to make Bolongoli their first high-profile signing for the new campaign.

Why ajeti? He scored a decent amount for his game time or lack of. Dembelle had a touch like a carthorse to start with. I'd keep him personally.

 

He's a decent poacher type striker but if we can get 2 million back on him I would take it.Also if the rumours of him about feigning injuries are correct then he can * off aswell

Bad egg, just take whatever any sucker is willing to pay, time for us to cut our losses and move forward.
Way too many players on our payroll with question marks, maybe we can keep one or two but we should be pro actively trying to offload the non contributors, trouble makers, want aways and the ones that have no potential.

If he gets a chance I honestly think he’ll be good this season I thought he was poison in a few games but he had a run of 3-4 games where I thought he was doing really well then I think he got a knock and came back poison again

 

He was brutal, headless chicken, and after his antics doesn't deserve a 2nd chance either
