He's never done the job so would ultimately be learning on the job and to learn anything you have to make mistakes .

This was NOT when Ange was senior national coach.do people not reallise this?hence the references to technique etc. and the foundations of theYOUTH players .
He was NOt the senior manager he was youth manager at that time so it needs to be put into.perspective.
