I never said you did I was replying to Bunk. He said Ange has a better CV than Howe who has won 1 title but not better than Naglesmann who has won nothing

 

What we do know is the following. The board are inept and not fit for purpose. Eddie Howe it appears has played us like a fiddle and in hindsight, we may have dodged a bullet. His character and ambition needs to be questioned.
If its Ange, (regardless of him being 3, 5, 21st choice) we can all agree as a group, we will 100% back him and the team as they are going to need it.
Reading more about him, he seems a big spiteful *, who will want to prove all his doubters wrong and feeds off that naysayers negative attitude questioning his abilities . If he can get that mentality across to the players to believe, then we may be onto a winner and could be ok.
We all wanted better, but its the usual way it goes, nothing can be done now with how we felt about Eddie Howe. Were collectively still raw (its like a bad break up) worrying about stuff we cant control.
One thing we can do though is, once parkhead allows us back, is make sure we get behind the team and every week, make sure the board know how much we hold them in contempt for there lies, deceit and poor management of our club and make sure they are aware it will never be forgotten.
If Ange does get the job, bear in mind, everything that has happened has absolutely nothing to do with him. He needs a clean slate to be judged on.

By that metric, the last season shouldn't be held against Lennon- he finished 2nd, not 9th. Yet he was atom-bombed here. We are a demanding fan-base. A one season wonder won't do.

 

Regardless of who you are comparing this guy to, there is not getting away from the fact that there are better qualified candidates available and, we should always be looking to secure the best of whats available.

Appointing Postecoglou would be an awful business decision. Theres so much risk and so many factors which would make his job more difficult.

 

No knowledge of Scottish players. British players. European football. No experience. 50 days until the Champions League qualifiers.

I wasnt talking about a one season wonder. I was talking about managers who have had one or two bad seasons in an otherwise successful career. Postecoglou isn't a one season wonder.

 

Some of the discussion on here is utterly bizarre and embarrassing.

There is literally NO comparison that could be made on what Nagelsman and Howe have achieved compared this Postecoglou fella.

Ange does not have UEFA A and B licences never mind PRO. So we could end up with Kennedy as the designated "manager" for 2 -3 years while Ange does his badges - I don't think so.

I have nothing personal against Ange, but e’ve went from Eddie Howe who was going to cost a fortune to * Costacogleu.

Slippy already had UEFA A and B badges and was 4-6 months into the UEFA Pro program when he joined the Huns - that's why he was allowed to manage as long as a "qualified" coach (McAllister) was assistant. He still didn't get his UEFA PRO licence until after his first season at Mordor had ended.

Ange doesn't have A and B badges and obviously hasn't started the UEFA PRO course.
