He told the board 3 months ago he wasn’t making any decision until end of season we should have walked away right then

Nobody know if he's as good, better or worse. Eddie Howe would have been less of a gamble. No matter how many * replies you post, nothing changes that fact.

And to suggest that the quality of a manager is all down to how many trophies they've won is a nonsensical argument.

Rodgers hadn't won any trophies before he joined us.

You may be happy with that but if EH was the right guy we should have pursued it as long as it took, nothing wrong with that

To be fair mate anybody lumping on a football bet to get a 4% annual return on their money is a chicken nugget short of a happy meal anyway. The only point I was making was there was no way we were anything close to 1/6.

Cmon now. Eddie Howe also took Bournemouth from the brink of falling out of the football league to the Premier league and kept them there for 5 years. That's some achievement.

Without Howe youd never be talking about Bournemouth being anywhere near the Prem, nevermind being relegated from it.

It should be considered, but with context. And the context is what you seem to be ignoring.

As I say, I think our debate run its course when you told me you seen an Eddie Howe appointment as risky as appointing someone like Al-Johar. That nonsensical statement told me everything I need to know pal.

IF it is to be big Angelos .... and the qualifications are an issue... I really hope it’s not used as an excuse to keep Kennedy & co around.

Id rather see the women’s coach (Alonso) get brought in.. I’m sure he’s worked with Pochetitino amongst others.
