If the game called for a shut up shop kind of tactic then no he would refuse to implement that to win a game

That is not the same thing as having no plan B though.

Indeed - I may be wrong but I believe that, when Slippy took over at Mordor - he already had his Uefa A + B licences and had started the UEFA Pro licence course.

That's quite a bit different to not having any of them.

We'll not be winning anything if that's our starting XI.

Eddy will be gone anyway. There's nothing surer.

My point being if the game called for that he refused to go to it sticking to plan A it was Rodgers only fault and still is ultimately cost him champions league qualification this term

I cant see ange getting the job if he hasnt got the relevant badges and as said above the pro license takes 20 months and he doesnt even have the A and B. So will we now move on to next on the list?

Edit: what an absolute shower of useless * we have running our club btw.

Other managers and teams in the SPFL got wise to the way we played under BR pretty quickly as well

No, he didn't stick to plan A, he just didn't implement your specific plan of shutting up shop, that's not the same thing.

To go into negotiations with an experienced manager(who will probably be employed and earning well) is probably what the majority would crave, but it will take time.We don't have the luxury of time.
We are all guessing the next move and having opinions on the calibre of the next manager. We need this appointment asap.
I'm coming to the conclusion that we go with Ange(exciting attacking football),we might be pleasantly surprised.
Which allows the Board(or new Board)to get their act together over this sorry mess.
Anyway,it sounds only a matter of time before Ange blows his top with the Board and walks away.,so let's have plan C working in the background.:39:

If this is scuppered by him not having the necessary coaching badges, then holy * what a brass neck.

Even more worrying is who Plan C or D would be.

Rodgers changed tactics in-game various times to win games.

2-0 down at Fir Park he brought Izzy off for McGregor and went 3 at the back, to go on and win 4-3.

Jozo sending off at Ibrox he put on Eddie to score the winner.

Managers that are so rigidly idealist and never adapt to different challenges posed will always be rumbled from time-to-time. It doesn't work.

Don’t worry about the licenses he will already be getting phone calls from the board and CFG telling him they will sort out any license he needs but knowing our incompetent board he’ll end up with a fckn bike license.

    just for the record I have A, B, C, C1 C1E D D1E fklnpg so there is not much we can’t drive :57:

Nonsense. We were extremely dominant under Rodgers domestically.

I think it's a really unofficial mutual benefit (though what they get from us yet I don't know).

They've got Girona, for example, listed as an actual member of the city group. Although they've not went down the route of the rebranding etc.

We are not at that level with them, for sure.

We had already drawn 5 times that season before that match. Teams were getting wise to it. 82 points we finished with that season. Finished with 5 less points this season
