No idea who is behind it, but you know how their tiny minds work and I don't think it would be an attempt at deflection if they were involved.

They truly believe he pulls all the strings at the SFA, SPFL, UEFA, probably Glasgow city council and the Scottish government as well, knowing them. If you think where all the criticism of them has been coming from over the last few days it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they think he is organising it all.
