Potential Manager Suggestions?

I feel its coming. I really do. Tuesday is the day. Dont ask how I know because I don't I talk * but ill quote myself Tuesday when I'm right and edit this end bit out

 

Supposedly he only has to give two weeks notice.

 

For anyone that believes or is pedalling this stuff about waiting for staff at Bournemouth before committing to us.

What happens if some, or all of the people he is supposed to be waiting on decide to stay at Bournemouth? Or go elsewhere? Is Eddie howe then going to refuse us? Is he then going to decline all other offers of employment elsewhere because he can't get the staff he wants?

This theory that he is waiting on something happening at Bournemouth is utter nonsense. If he is actually stringing the board along with this and they believe it then they are even more incompetent than they appear to be.

In my opinion, Eddie howe will not be our next manager. He is clearly waiting until the summer when positions at places like Fulham, Brighton, Newcastle, Crystal Palace, etc will likely open up.

 

Also can you even get that many staff into the Hampden showers at once to thrash out the deal? I doubt it, heard the showers there are tiny and it’s shots-each.

 

I'd be 99.9% certain Eddie Howe is our new manager and 100% certain if he is it was the backroom staff that was holding it up..

Any manager worth his salt heading into a job and massive rebuild like Celtic would be crazy not to want his own backroom team

Why would the backroom staff be holding it up? What if he doesn't get the backroom staff he wants?

It doesn't make any sense.

 

I'd imagine Howe has identified who he wants with him and told Celtic to go get them. Maybe some are still under contract. I'd imagine an announcement will be made when the whole management team is in place.

maybe it's nothing to do with if he gets them or not but on when he can get them.

Makes perfect sense to me..

Just my opinion.. Howe is next manager and just waiting on his backroom staff

What will come first the first euro international game or a Celtic manager at this rate I will go for the euro game .
I just hope the board are not trying to put Kennedy into his back room team and Howe is not having it and seeing who blinks first and nothing would surprise me with this board a bunch of * amateurs .

 

I have absolutely 0% confidence in our board and nothing would surprise me, but I'd be surprised if Howe would even engage in such a stand off.

Howe I'm sure will have no shortage of job offers in the summer so if Celtic started that nonsense I'm sure he would tell us to get ta *, and I would not blame him.

Are Celtic going to risk our first choice manager of Howes calibre for Kennedy? I doubt it

 

Lot of maybes there.

There is no reason at all to wait and announce it when all the backroom team is in place. Are they all going to be at the unveiling or the press conference? No. If it was going to be howe, and it was indeed just a case of when his desired staff were available then the club would have announced it already. There is simply no valid reason not to.

This whole eddie howe theory is based on nothing more than the fact we approached him about 7 weeks ago and a bunch of arseholes spouting * on twitter. The only actual concrete thing, as far as I am aware, we have heard on howe was his agent saying he wouldn't be making a decision on his future until the summer.

 

It’s based on more than that, though. That much has been obvious for a while.

Celtic are always quick to shoot down rumours if there’s nothing in them.

Howe will be the new manager.

 

What I meant was, there is nothing to stop us surely announcing Howe already, then the backroom staff (be it Bournemouth staff or not) can be announced at a later date.
I expect we aren't pinning all our hopes on just Howe and whether or not some coaches get a pay rise at Bournemouth or not - which is a whole host of speculation and rumours on something we know nothing on (in regards fans knowing what a Bournemouth coach is contracted on).

Even without his usual coaches, I would imagine Howe has a better grasp on the Scottish game than LeGuen ever did - no offense to the guy.

I suppose nothing would surprise me with the shocking way we are run, but it is a very odd way to act saying nothing for ages then saying something asking for patience a few days before announcing someone.

 

What more is it based on? What am I missing that is so obvious?
Genuinely, what exactly is it that makes you so confident that eddie howe will be the new manager?

We have been linked with numerous names recently, and to my knowledge the club hasn't come out and dismissed any of them.

 

Yes lots of ifs and maybes because I like others havnt a clue what's going on with our board.

Not bothered what his agent said either. Howe is pretty much the only person we have been linked to in a month. Everything points to him.

You are convinced He wont be our next manager and I'm convinced he will, just have to wait and see
