Just read there it was Carlisle, yesterday afternoon.

 

Glad that there’s guys like McCoist defending him. Might shut down a small minority of huns.

 

It genuinely upset me.

It felt like family, then ya hear that * human virus shout out after Lennon is walking away, sober or drunk, I'd have * castrated the * and sent back home to the filth he grew up in.

If I had huns around me now and tried to "banter" about this, I'd * kill them, slowly, skin them, feed it to their kids, get them to call themselves Meek, force them to eat anthrax and drink battery acid and then leave them to rot hanging upside down from whatever remains of their testicles.

 

The Halston Hotel in Carlisle, yesterday evening apparently.

 

Hangover today and the realisation that the plod will, likely, be looking to speak to him when he gets back home, Not a good start to a Wednesday morning.

Just out of curiosity... as I never keep up to date with the rule differences between Scotland and England...

.... isn’t it illegal at present to cross borders (or even go outside your region) for non-essential matters.

Or was it ‘essential’ for him to go and get pished in public?

Nobody looks great when absolutely blootered. And that's all we factually know. Lennon *, which he's entitled to do in his own time. No harm no foul. Is Alan Thomson down that way??? He's entitled to privacy and respect, which sadly he won't get as some * on a * night wants to film him.

Whatever, I wish him all the best in his professional and more importantly, his private life.

 

Is he? Credit if he is.... mind you .. he’d have to as I've seen as Swally out in Glasgow in a far worse state a couple of times.

 

Nobody knows anything re the rules in this instance.

Maybe for punditry work he is staying at a hotel in Carlisle, midway between Glasgow and Newcastle.

I know of a sports journalist jaunting across the UK these last few months, Dunkeld/Glasgow/Manchester/London/Football grounds elsewhere etc.

 

Good to see Lennons pal keeping an eye out for him and having a word with that * who videoed him.

Been in far worse states myself so not going to point any fingers here.

 

It’s just sad in general that someone feels the need to record someone like this for a bit of insta fame. Doesn’t matter who it is. If you see someone in such a state the last thing on your mind should be internet points.

 

Way of the world now. Folk use the death of a loved one for likes on social media so this is way down the scale of how low people will go.

I bet I can speak for just about every football writer in Scotland when I say we’ve found Neil Lennon engaging, articulate, witty and self-deprecating over many years. Imagine a poor moron filming Lennon drunk, and abusing and goading him. The utter tragedy of social media today.

 

Can someone please tell me if I,m reading this post correctly, as I’m sure (unless I’m in some alternate reality) Lennon got the job after Rodgers left?

Anyway, taking away from all and any speculation in regards to Lennon’s supposed mental state:

The guy has been “sacked”/walked away from his job and has said he still wants another management position - this isn’t a great look for any potential employers looking at his CV.

There’s a reason why clubs/managers put great emphasis on players being 24/7 professionals. Clearly Lennon doesn’t think that applies to himself, and for me scenes like this are what is most telling about the shambles that has been left under his watch at Celtic.

Just a sad sad sight all in.

His mate looked like he was going to lamp the * videoing it, video cuts out just before it (hopefully) happened.

The absolute shitebaggery of the guy filming it for over a minute, only to shout something when Lenny is almost out the door, shows the * up for the * weasel he is.
