An absolute * nobody just happy to be on the payroll and do DDs bidding.

To then have a pop at a bankrupt bit part bull * from Fergus' takeover the guts of 30 years ago is remarkable. Why bother?

It’s a shame he wasn’t asked about that January report the club always going to do! I mean it’s March for * sake.

Many of us called it on the day that we appointed Neil Lennon in the showers at Hampden Park.

The token DoF has crossed my mind. Akin to when we pretended to do it with KD and JB.
Pointless if it's a token job to give a mate a pay packet and a tick on a CV, that's why I keep saying this restructure needs to come with a team of backroom staff.
8 coaches, 3 physios, 4 analysts, 6 scouts, an actual squad of backroom staff.
Not Peter Houston, a club doctor and Kennedy and Strachan to run the show.

That's before we even speak about the dev squad or youth squad staff.

The SLO admitted on twitter that the side statement when the financial reports came out by bankier was the report/review.
    Shambles.

Bankier is the definition of: you can take a politician out of politics but you’ll never take politics out of the politician. Snivelling * the lot of them, there isn’t a ex/politician in British politics I trust. Not one.

The last honourable man was Henry McLeish.

A predictable and timely public show of 'contrition' from the board, just as they are about to ask fans to shell out for Season Books again.

This should fool no-one but the Ubers and those wet behind the ears.

Fans were desperate for answers and a public show of leadership in October; instead they were met with radio silence and a 7ft fence erected around our stadium.

The boardroom backslappers that congratulate themselves on how brilliant they are, know that they're about to see the ire of the fans in person in the not too distant future. Arrogant cowards.

The last paragraph sums up who we may have as manager.
Sounds its gonna be a project manager in the form of Maresca.
Other than that, a load of *.

A project manager that isn’t coming in to be a manager. Read up on the day to day of a DOF/Head coach team.

Some * would honestly rather see us stuck in the same old * instead of being progressive like those Germans, ye know the ones that win everything most of the time. * that.

Why is Lawwell having any involvement in the selection of a new manager?

    Madness.

    Another poor statement.

Lawwell involved in hiring the next manager? A man who is on the verge of leaving is partly responsible for recruiting the manager who is set to take the club forward. If it goes wrong, Lawwell can’t be held accountable and the Board won’t take full responsibility.

No mention of a Director of Football either.

That statement doesn’t suggest much change in terms of structure and direction.

When can we expect the appointment of a manager?
As with any key appointment at Celtic, there is a process which involves research, investigation, interviewing and negotiation. This process is underway and is taking place privately and when complete, the Board will make a public announcement.

(Read: Unless we find a candidate having a * shower)

So Bankier, Desmond and Lawwell, 3 businessmen who know * all about the actual football side of things, are the ones appointing the new manager. This is why the DoF had to be appointed first so there is someone with real world football knowledge and experience involved in the process. Oh well, Keane it is then.
