We won't be getting Marsch lads.. Happy to be proved wrong but we have no chance.

Maybe if we start acting like a big club again maybe down the line it's possible, but now, why the * would he?

I know we're all doom and gloom or have been for this season but we are an attractive proposition..

When the rat came it was under a slightly similar cloud in that we'd just been embarrassed by a championship hun side and going nowhere really. The only way was up..

Any new manager will know that the only way they can take us is up from here. Big rebuild but there will be money to be spent and a decent core here already..

It's a good job to take just now if you can get all your backroom staff in and get it all done properly with recruitment etc..

No saying we'll get Marsch by the way, just that we shouldn't be downbeat about who we can get as we're a massive club that has an appeal still....just need a new direction and some fine tuning..

It'll be Harkins and Maresca for me and I'll take that..

Rodgers came here to better his prospects of getting a better gig down south I don't think Marsch needs to come here to further his career.

I'd give Marseca and Harkins a go too, if they are backed

Who the * are Maresca and Harkins?

Do they run a chain of haberdasheries?

And that's what I mean about us being an attractive proposition..

He'd just flopped winning a league with Liverpool at the last hurdle. Needed something where he could rebuild after being out of work and some fake attachment to the club. Then gets a really good EPL job off the back of it. That doesn't go unnoticed by other manager's..

It probably won't be Marsch but if you're a good coach out of work (Howe for example) , then we are a good fit. Same as being an excellent fit for an up and coming guy like a Maresca..

No chance it will be Marsch and I reckon Howe will hang about for a prem job.

No doubt we are attractive to some managers trying to further their career but the likes of Howe and Marsch I think will get jobs elsewhere.

Wouldn't mind us trying something different and as long it's not the likes of Keane/Wilder and some of the others mentioned I'm on board, not that that matters, I'm only a paying customer

Harkins and Maresca along with all the other's from city in the backroom staff will probably benefit us for year's to come....if report's are true about how many will be following..

This excites me, although not a big name it definitely has signs the board are willing to try something different and put a system in place.. could go pear shaped for the manager short term but at least a system is in place..

Still * disgusted how the board have allowed the huns to close the gap.. cant happen again.. we are bigger and better than them in every department

    Definitely..

Aye I know, I'm the same but I said it yesterday....I'm convinced we can win the league back next year under a new regime..

I've not seen much of the huns this season but they haven't looked anything special in the games against us. They are just coached better. They have also benefited from having no crowds this season.

Depends who the new regime is and when they get appointed.. I wouldn't fear that hun team but they are drilled. We need something similar for next season and quickly

I have zero faith in the board after the lennon disaster but hopefully they are working on something and just telling nobody ha

Got a feeling it’s going to be Marsch,if the rumours are true about a total overhaul of the club, from the youth set up all way up are true it’s very suitable to the way he works.

Where is all the Marsch positivity coming from? Didn't he tell us that it was an honour but he ain't coming?

theyre not , they take there chances when given them ! Ball get put in the box early and they have 2 Or 3 players in the box which we dont ! We missed a poacher this season big time ! We wouldnt be in this position had we got toney ! We try and score a good team goal most of the time when we should just get the ball wide and get players in the box. Very rarely do rangers need to shoot from outside the box because they overload players into the box ! If you watch our games majority of our attempts are from outside the box , times gone by we had sinclair, forrest ,petrov , naka , maloney , robson type players who would get into the box from midfield ! Now we have midfielders who all hang about the 18 yard line ! And we are crossing into one man who has 5 and 6 players around him! Our midfielders need to get into the box to support !

Marsch is out of our reach. He's a step above us now. I can't see any reason for him to come to Celtic.
Maresca is who I want, along with a full background restructure.

As I said earlier Maresca would be my choice now, somebody who would be more willing to stick around than the likes of Howe and a much better choice than Lampard, Kennedy, Keane, Ross etc.

It looks like Harkin will be our DOF but why not get both him and the Tognazzi in? One as Chief scout and the other as DOF, would signal some real intent imo.

I'd put my money on it'll be some * appointment that joins far to late.

I'm giving up on optimism for the club right now.
