I’m afraid he’s a useless dud and if it is true that Lenny left him and others to coach while he did the shouty bit before games then that would explain the insane team selections.

He speaks with confidence I'll give him that but he says so little but just uses loads of buzzwords and phrases if you re watch his first interview when he got the gig he literally says we need to score more and concede less then today saying we're getting back to a level of consistency ?
