You have to think though, why would they sack Lennon now of all times when it seemed as though he was here till May at least, and then sky suspend betting a game into the post Lennon period? Something is afoot surely.

Nah I don't think there is anything in it. They are probably expecting an influx of bets on Paul Lambert or something

Lambert has already said he doesn't want the job, so let's hope we get a good big name manager who can take us to the next level

Ally McCoist was 80/1 the other day for the job, I reckon he’s probably jumped to the front of the queue...

Sky bet probably just had some loon or a few dump big on one of the favourites so they likely suspended so they can adjust the market and cover any potential liabilities.

Wouldn't put any stock into it really

The skybet top 10 betting list is * depressing.

Michael O’Neil, Paul Lambert, Sean Dyche, Martin O’Neil, Enzo Maresca, Roberto Martinez, Frank Lampard, John Kennedy, Steve Clarke, Eddie Howe

Of which there’s only Howe, Martinez & Maresca that don’t leave me wanting to greet.

I've always quite liked Marco Silva.

Granted his final season at Everton wasn't great...

But his record shows he's better at managing title contenders (e.g. Olympiacos - 79.17% win rate) than smaller teams in a big league. Plus that season with Olympiacos he only lost one league game and had a solid go in the Champions League only losing out on the knockout stage to Arsenal on goal difference.

Yes please. His Benfica team in 2018-19 played some class stuff. He was key in João Felix’s development.

Patrick Vieira to come in as director of football. Thierry Henry comes in as manager and Roy Keane as assistant manager.

ntcham and Eddie sign news deals - jullien returns fully fit for preseason.

Thomas Robert signs and scores 18 goals next season and we sign Robbie Brady who scored 4 goals directly from corners

See I think he could do a job. The Everton role at the time was a mad one, its taken nearly 2 seasons for someone like Ancelotti just to stabilise it, I'd be willing to give Silva the benefit of doubt.

Doubt it will happen though, * no clue of his status but would imagine he's still got a decent stock to his name and could probably nab a decent enough job anywhere else.

I'm just living in hope that the board react to this now the same way they reacted at some of the lowest times in bringing MON and Rodgers.
