He struggles to adapt in game. If it's clearly going the other way he'll stay with how he's set us up from the start..

I can remember as far back as Copenhagen away. Started well and should've been 3 up in 10 minute's. Copenhagen then tweak their system and they bossed us for the whole home game and return at Celtic Park..

In game management is genuinely atrocious..

Said it for a long time but he's reactive rather than proactive..

Another game we were pretty lucky by the end of it. Same as Motherwell..

 

Fifth win in a row. Wow. Our manager must be a genius. Let's hope we can keep him.

 

Soon the government will need to forbid the broadcasting of our games because people are seriously in danger of hurting themselves.

 

A manager who lets his player eat chips and drink coke is maybe not a loser but for sure a moron. And looking at our players fitness this season he surely reverted to that kind of bullshit. The other explanation would be he's * at coaching but you deny that as well. Morons think it's bad luck that cost us this season.

 

Look at difference between him and the rat, when both went down to 10 against the huns.
Rodgers brought Edouard on, and pinpointed their RB, knew exactly how to exploit them.
Lennon took all attacking players off, made about 5 subs and told them all to play everywhere.

He hasn't a clue.

 

Another match he lost the tactical battle. The minute they switched it up we were terrible. Usual baffling substitutions as well.

 

Wouldnae even say hes reactive to be honest mate. Like for like subs mostly, after the 70th minute. Never a tactical change, hes no got a scooby.

60th min - Soro/Brown will replace the other.
70th min - Turnbull will come off
80-85th min - Griff or Ajeti will come on, maybe both.

And that's whether we are 1 nil down, 4 nil up or 0-0. He hasn't a clue.

Im just thinking back to the Ferencvaros game where we had them at 1 each and had Christie as the number 9 and 2 striker's on the bench. He didn't make a sub until they scored the second with 15 to go. Same with the Huns in the first game. He didn't change a thing when our 3 at the back and Mo up with Paddy wasn't working...until they went 2 up..

He is literally clueless though no arguments there mate..

 

This is absolutely spot on. It was at this point I realised Lennon was not the man to take us forward. We did well in the groups but let's face it, we rode our luck and heavily relied on Forster's heroics (just like in the 2012 CL campaign).

I haven't even watched us play in February. Glad to see I'm not missing much. Not watching another game until this charlatan * off.

 

He's played Christie up top himself a few times this season, while leaving strikers on the bench. He thinks he's the next Commons

 

Getting wins domestically against anyone by hook or by crook is now viewed as a great achievement under current management regardless of the vast difference in finances, that's how far standards have slipped

This season I would struggle to name more than 2/3 games that I’ve actually enjoyed watching. The decline in performance he’s overseen is absolutely shocking.

Massive job ahead for the next manager.

 

I'm probably going to look like a * by someone who has all the statistics on everything, however,

I struggle to think of games when we actually make the first substitutions! Seems to be we have a routine of making subs as opposed to trying to force a change in the game pattern.
