Season renewal time already

Careful now, to entice fans they'll announce Lennon is leaving as well by end of today. To try and boost renewals.

Sad state really that I joke this the type of announcement fans need to renew and not some big money signings or you know, * 10iar ffs.

Aye though, this ceo * has been in the works for months, if not this entire * season, a ceo of 17 years does not simply get replaced in a few days, that * takes months of prepping and vetting. Which could go some way in explaining why Lennon is still here.

 

The new CEO should either be limited to non-footballing aspects of the club (best solution), or at least reward successful managers with continued backing if he doesn't know much about football and transfers.

 

Well, for me, that pretty much confirms Lenny is here until the summer then. Lawwell will be avoiding doing the job he is meant to and will be leaving the recruitment of a new manager to the new guy. As the new guy won't be here until the summer that leaves us pretty much * for qualifiers and recruitment for the coming season.

Good luck to McKay, he's going to have a * of a job to turn things around on his hands.

Apparently he's well thought of in the business sector. Was behind Scottish rugby in reducing their debt, also knows pistol Pete well and has been involved in Celtic in a very little way.
And he's a Celtic supporter and isn't slow to let people know that.

That makes sense I suppose. I would like to think though,even though he isn't officially on the payroll, that we've had him lined up for a while and maybe sounding out potential replacements for Lennon.
