    That can vary, it can mean that but can also mean renews on a certain date. If it is the type you believe then that would be negligence by the board as nobody was going to poach Lennon.

    He was happy enough to walk away first time around when his stock was high now look at the state of him he knows he will struggle to get another job in management so refuses to walk and for some unknown reason our incompetent board wont pull the trigger either.

    Just like with Keane and others when we eventually got deila, I imagine we have approached a couple named like Howe and been told to * off when the question of staff has came up and we told them they would he working with Strachan and Kennedy.

    It's a * disaster of a setup. No manager of any respect or pedigree accepts that.
