He should have never have come back. Completely made an * of himself, the fans and the club.

I've been very vocal in saying Lenny out since August. Looking at us objectively, it was * obvious since Ferencvaros how this season was going to go. Nothing has changed since the season kicked off.

I am lost for words at how * we are. It really is vomit inducing. Shambles of a club from top to bottom.

He's completely and utterly destroyed his name at this club. Him and that fat * Lawwell will always be remembered as the 2 that * up this once in a lifetime chance.

Caretaker manager was his gig, thereafter we needed to appoint a proper manager on a par with the rat, the Board knew what could be achieved by investing in a quality manager and the dividends that would reap, it's unforgiveable and lazy as * that they handed Lenny the job full time, we know hindsight is a wonderful thing, but it had disaster written all over it.

It’s actually getting even funnier (in a sordid sort of way) every minute that you think this * fraud was offered the job in the showers

I don't think this can be put down to hindsight mate.

Lennon was always going to be a disaster.

He'd been sacked by Hibs ffs

Imagine giving a guy whose two previous jobs ended in ruins, the full time Celtic manager gig.

Would be like the Huns giving the job back to fat Sally.

Never a Celt, always a fraud.

Very fitting that this was the banner unveiled at Tynecastle on his first game back.

I say this all the time on here but worth reiterating.

It’s not about money when it comes to the manager, it’s about control. Lawwell does not want a manager that’s experienced at a high level because they would call out Lawwell’s * bullshit. Lawwell has built his own wee empire at Celtic.

Anyone other than a Deila or a Lennon is a threat to that, as Rodgers showed.

That’s why Lawwell has thrown money at Lennon. It’s also why Lawwell needs to go.

We have an accountant that plays the DOF role to protect his own position and salary. Wake up people, he’s a ruthless opportunist. I bet he popped champagne when Rodgers left.

It’s not about saving money for Celtic. It’s about protecting Lawwell’s position at Celtic.

A question I have asked repeatedly....what is the end point, the end of the road?! When does it get too much for the board? I never would have thought 21pts behind halfway through a season, out Europe twice and a disastrous jolly to Dubai, risking the health of the players whilst sticking 2 fingers up to everyone else would be deemed satisfactory. So again, what is the final straw????????

    * parasites. Scum.

Mate there is no end. We’re well past what most people thought was the final straw.

The sad fact is a huge chunk of the support will just shrug their shoulders and back this regime next season, so they can call everyone else glory hunters and take a weird moral high ground.

The supports need to recognise what Rodgers achieved here and understand that’s what we should be aiming for professionalism wise. He literally showed us what’s possible.

Most won’t, though. Uncle Peter knows best, ‘Faithful through and through’ better luck next year.

Exactly this. Rather than raising our standards to entice the best possible people and enhance the club, we employ people who won't question our low rate operation

Spot on - Lennon's legacy will always be as the man who cost us 10IAR - I must admit that (while I have never rated him as a manager) even I have been amazed now *** he has been this season and the ludicrous BS he has come out with.

Lawwell is equally culpable - he hired Lennon because he was cheap and would allow Lawwell to act as Director of Football.
He put his own arrogant interests above those of the club.

Lennon must go but, if Lawwell stays, it will only be a short term solution as we will either appoint another weak puppet or, if we get someone decent, they'll walk when Lawwell starts interfering as Rodgers did.

You say hindsight is a wonderful things but that it had disaster written all over it. It's not hindsight though. It's still going on!

We all knew that this would happen. The only thing that is surprising is how far we've fallen and how quickly.

Every one of us said that we were disappointed with his permeant placement but we would support him nonetheless.

We knew that things were falling apart in October, some may say they could see it before that but nothing was done. Nothing has been done. It's shocking.
