If he can't kick a ball into a dangerous area of the pitch at 20 years old when he's been playing football probably since he was 5 years old then when will he learn??

So at what age do you develop some aggression and the ability to kick the ball at least by the first man?

The forum was a better place when you * off.

He was the least of our problems today, that fraud in front of him was a major part of it.

He hasn’t got Broony or Tierney sorta aggression but he consistently puts himself into for proof of that.
Some players never learn it mate, but I know for an absolute fact you don’t think 27 games into a career at 21 years old is an experienced player.

He'll be great when someone takes him aside and shows him how to cross the ball.

Final ball was very poor, but he wasn’t someone who should be blamed for today, or indeed this season. We simply shouldn’t be relying on a 20 year old right back to create our chances with an absolute wealth of attacking talent available.

Christie, Griffiths, Edouard and Bitton were all poorer today.

Has he not learned his trade in a far better set up at Man City?

Has he not been gaining experience since he was playing top flight scottish fitba since last season, as well as playing in European fitba?

Yes, he's only 20 but inexperience is absolutely no excuse that can be laid out for him.

Mate, do you honestly think having less than 30 professional games of football in your career means you’re not an inexperienced footballer? I couldn’t * disagree more here.

He's clearly not as experienced as some, but ffs mate pull your head out of your * he's played in multiple top flight games, x amount of derby games, cup finals, European games etc etc.

He's not some greenhorn on a fishing boat who's never seen a knot being tied.

Seem to remember folk saying that about James Forrest about eight years ago. He's still no mastered it.

There are things to like in Frimpong's game but his potential is limited due to the fact that his final ball is so inconsistent.

He’s clearly not experienced as.... well probably every other guy in the team that started today.

And the majority of footballers. 44 appearances into a football career mate.

You may have skipped the last few years of his career there.

Well he's certainly more experienced than the "experienced" Elhamed.

I may be wrong but he's probably played more games than Bitton has as a defender, more experienced than Welsh, more experienced against the huns than Laxalt and Taylor is, far mroe experienced than Elhamed......need I go on?

Guy is almost 21 years of age and is a shitebag from a tackle, cannot cross a ball to save himself and cannot pull his socks up when the chips are down.

No wonder Man City let him go for as cheap as they did.

Thought Frimpong was class today. Defended well and was roasting them on the wing. Final ball was off but a couple times he played a decent low ball in and our players weren’t there or he passed into players feet and nothing came of it

Ones had more than 200 games, the other 40 odd.

The 40 odd games, isn’t more experienced than the 200 odd mate.

    It’s just no.

Unless he’s given good coaching he’ll be the next Adam Mathews. A * who had so much potential but spent too long as a young lad under Lennon which hindered his career.

That, is absolutely wrong. He was tremendous under Lennon, he came on leaps and bounds. Injuries * him.

I get the anger to Lennon just now, but lets not rewrite history.
