Albian Ajeti

Started brilliant then turned into one fat, huffy, moaning *.

 

Said it recently, he won’t make it here.

It’s a poor signing when you look at the fee paid and the fact he doesn’t suit our style.

Griff and Edouard are our two main strikers and when Edouard goes we won’t be expecting Ajeti to replace him. We will go into the market for another striker. Ajeti is never going to be number 1 and I don’t think he has the attitude/mentality to deal with that.

 

I think he's the type of player that needs to play every week to keep fit and sharp, there's no chance of that happening anytime soon.

 

He's definitely a proper huffy *..

Needs to reign it in a bit and start focusing on getting amongst the goals again..

He's much better than he's showing..

 

I still think he can become a big hit for us, he showed how clinical his finishing can be. Part of the problem for me is him thinking he was gonna swan in here and be a guaranteed starter, the main man, everything was gonna be easy etc. His ego has took a beating and he's in a huff.
Better get his finger out and start performing the fat *.

 

Tbf to Lennon, Hes got a lot of things wrong but saying he wasn’t starting Ajeti because he wasn’t match fit was correct, guys only 23 and he still looks like he’s carrying half a stone overweight

he even looks * when he comes on last 5 minutes

 

He’s not a lone striker, he’s also not a striker that links up with other strikers.

Looked an absolute poacher start of the season. Lately just brings nothing.

I honestly don’t think I’ve seen him pass the ball to a strike partner anytime he’s been in a 2 all season

i 100% agree, he's a lot better than he's currently showing. Hopefully after we beat the huns at ibrox it's kind of a fresh start for everyone. It's probably too late for Duffy and Barkas to show their form but not for Ajeti imo.

 

I was delighted when we forked out to sign him permanently, now I'm wishing it was just a loan...

 

That’s not going to happen while Lennon eats them all, Paul.

 

Sometimes forget he's even an option, just don't think of him as anyone who could come on and really impact a game for us.

 

He is a moody *, but * me makes Tom Rogic look like a seasoned Marathon runner.

 

Only 23, looks 43!!!! His first touch and hold up play is really good, remember he’s not had a preseason. I think he’ll be a good player for us, eventually.

 

We need him to be good now as eventually will be too late

 

5 goals in 6 appearances earlier in the season, mostly as a sub and not match fit. So there is undoubtedly a player in there. Since then though he looks to have put a bit of timber on and got the huff.

 

I wouldn't single him out for going backwards after his initial promise. Everyone this season has fallen into that trap.

Lord knows how good Turnbull will be when Lennon leaves.
