    You’d think Lennon at Hibs was similar to Ferguson at Aberdeen the way some of our fans talk about his time there :giggle1:

    Im the one thats obsessed with Neil Lennon? Thats hilarious. Id hate to imagine the amount of posts you've made on this site alone about Lennon. Even if we win convincingly you're on here stamping your feet because he made a substitution in 70th minute and you wanted it in the 65th minute or some silly * like that.

    Totally agree about teenagers, but why should it being a woman you are talking to make any difference to anything?

    NL: The atmosphere’s been fantastic, a lot of good feeling around the place. The players are galvanised and full of energy. They don’t have time to take stock of the achievement but they are feeling good about themselves."

    NL: You’re hoping a big burden of the pressure is off them and they can play more freely with less anxiety. We need to chip away at winning games and find our consistency. There’s no doubt it’s a fantastic achievement and it’s given them a huge psychological lift."

    NL: For me, it’s a lifetime achievement to be up there with the great managers & players of this club. It’s a very unique moment but there was a lot of help along the way. Whilst I’m at peace with myself, I’m not finished yet and there’s a lot of work we need to do."

    NL: They’ve completed one part of what was required of us and we have to dig deep now to claw back a big deficit but it’s not beyond us. We have to find consistency in performances and the players know that."

    NL: We’ve no problems scoring goals, defensively we need to definitely improve. People can say what they like, we know we have to improve in certain areas for us to be as successful as we can be."

    NL: "I don’t think our form’s been as good as it can be. We’ve drawn too many and that needs to be rectified. We need to start winning games. We’ve won another treble so we can park that now and we can fully focus as a group on what lies ahead of us."

    NL: on #CELROS: "It might be too soon for John to implement his style of play. We didn’t create enough chances last time against them but that’s something we have to address going into tomorrow’s game."

    NL:
    on #CELROS: "
    @ScottBrown8
    's a major doubt,
    @shaneduffy
    's a bit of a doubt. Not long term, they should be ok for Boxing Day." "
    @OlivierNtcham
    is back training. Elhamed is out on the training pitch so he's not a million miles away."

    NL: We will look to freshen things up again because mentally and physically it’d taken a lot out of them on Sunday."

    No place for sentiment when picking a team and just because you tell people in a press conference doesn’t change the fact it’s wrong and bad management.

    That's terrible management though. Firstly it's a managers job to pick the best starting 11 from the players available, he failed to do that. Secondly we've been rank rotten all season but for the two previous games we seemed to find a team that could potentially turn the corner, Lennon put that momentum in complete jeopardy (and still may have depending on tomorrow's result) for an old pals act, that is not good enough.

    You are correct. I’d prefer to see moral gained from winning games and being on form.

    No matter how many games I'd win, if I was then dropped for the final I myself played hard and faught for, id be * off. Human nature cant be changed, needs managed. Good management there and we won the cup. Now onto the ten.

    Slavering nonsense again pressure is off. The cup semi was one of our better performances this season. The league has been pish. That's where the pressure is. That's where we're faltering. Pressure, he wants to talk about pressure. He loses once more and he's properly *. So pipe down, stop treating us like mugs and work on set pieces, transitions and getting width in our play.

    Really thought he would have handed in his resignation after the cup final.
    I hope I'm worng but I really don't think he will turn anything around. 10 is never going to happen under his watch and the longer he is here the more damage is done.
    We get spanked at Ibrox and then he goes it's gonna be to late for anyone coming in to fix it and he will be hated even more for losing to them again.

    If that was to happen & pretending they're the same club for a second, who was the last manager we had that lost three games in a row to the scum? Absolutely scandalous

    I don't call people who disagree with me fannies for simply disagreeing with me. If people are talking utter *, i.e. Ajer isn't worth more than £8m because he's pish, then I'll call them a * because that's what they are. There's some people on here who make it impossible to have a civil conversation with, Moravcik being one because the guy is utterly clueless and actively seeks out arguments even when he's clearly in the wrong.

    Not sure what your last part is all about. Females and teenagers can still be called fannies if they act like fannies.
