Did well at the penalties but not a good game at all. Woeful at the third and his decision making is not good at all.

Should never play again, but he’ll go down in history and be remembered for those pen saves that won us the quad treble.

    Fair play.

You have to feel sorry for him. He has been thrown in at the deep.

To win a penalty shootout in a cup final at the age of 22 is a fantastic achievement. He might not make it here, but he can hold his head high.

Redeemed himself big time, but absolutely howling at the basics of goalkeeping.

Blame on him for at least two goals.

It appears he’s not the answer.. but he’s still our best goalkeeper.

The thing is he is only young and young keepers will always make mistakes. He made a couple of really big saves and then 2 penalty saves redeemed his mistake for the 3rd. He needs the experience to get better.

That'll be the finest day in his entire career, well done son, time to go back to Bain until January then bring Forster back

Bain is *, Barkas is *, Hazard is *. Take your pick.

I disagree. Yes he was at fault for the third, but you have to take into account what he had seen the defence do since the start of the second half. He knew they weren't going to win it in the air (and they didn't) so he had to come for it. And he fluffed it, but it's only his third start, and there are the nerves of it being a cup final, he'll improve with experience, and that performance will help him. As long as he learns from it. Plus, who exactly should start the next matches instead of him? The impressive Bain, or even more impressive Barkas? Do you think either of them would have been able to put what had already happened behind them and make the penalty saves at the end?

Nah, for me he stays in for now.

I’d be more confident with Paul the Tim in goals.

Which one? Seriously. Bain has proven without doubt he is shocking and Barkas is yet to make a save in a Celtic shirt that I can remember and he’s built like the side of a fiver and has absolutely no confidence.

Both are better options than Hazard.
