    I wish there wasn’t any January window at all... it just unsettles players, puts the squad in further uncertainty in the run up (like now) and until the end of the window .... and I don’t trust the Plc to use it to our advantage over other clubs anyway.

    ... and you can change Management team any time! :34:

    A new manager will want to bring in his own players in the summer, canny see the point in signing players in January if Lenny is still the manager.

    We need a centre half or two and a right winger, desperately.

    I think we need another striker as well. Klimala isn’t good enough, Ajeti can’t get fit, Griffiths is a liability and Eddy looks uninterested.

    It will be mostly loan signings if Lennon is still here.

    Similar to Mowbray's January window when we had Keane, Kamara and Braafheid all come in.

    Why do people keep saying things like this. What evidence is there? It's like rumour just follows this guy and nothing to substantiate it. Injuries and what not. It's like stories get woven around him.

    I think it's partly true in terms of we can't rely on him to be fit when we need him to be.

    His failure to stick to the training plan in the summer meant we had to change up the 3-5-2 that was destroying teams last season.

    Comments from previous managers about him not living an athlete's lifestyle seem to borne out when you look at his injury record.

    The odd cameo appearance to win us the game against St Johnstone was welcome but we need much, much more from a player in our squad. Had he grafted in the summer, there's every chance he'd be our #1 striker at this point, given Eddy is going through the motions.

    Get rid of Ntcham, Ralston, Duffy, loan out Henderson and Klimala. Potentially sell Barkas if he doesn't show any form within the next month. We also need to decide whether Edouard, Elhamed and Christie actually want to stay.

    CB to replace Duffy

    GK if Barkas leaves
    ST if Edouard leaves

    CM - Brown will be hang his boots up at the end of the season and Ntcham and Christie will move on.

    LW/RW - we are in dire need of some width and genuine pace on both planks.

    ST - need to start preparing for life after Edouard. Although we have 3 other strikers, none of them have done enough to take on the mantle of being our talisman.

    He’s barely kicked a ball this season because he’s been unfit/injured. Been the same story for what feels like a couple of years at least.

    He has 13 league goals in two and a half seasons now. So, like I said, a liability.

    In all honesty I'm not so sure about all this unfit/injured stuff. Lenny talks so much crap at the pre and post match conferences. He gets the odd game because Lenny has no choice, comes out running about like a 2 year old and generally gets us a goal on the rare occasions he does play. I know he went through a bad phase with his mental health but he seemed to have got it together. He's the type of player who needs get games. I just have a feeling Lennon has other reasons for not playing him.

    Every manager he’s had at Celtic has said he has to look after his body more than he does.

    Why are you and others still determined to make excuse after excuse for him? The guy is a poor professional and always has been.
