He is part of a defence that has only conceded 3 goals in domestic football and we're well into December.

I agree he doesn't even look great, but I suppose that is the point.

They have a very good system that accommodates even weak players.

I'm certain if we had such a system Duffy would be having a decent season.

Its a grand old team to play for
From what I've seen this season he's looked a lot better than anything we have

Wait a minute, if we’d put a clause in there and he’d turned out to be great for us and they took him back you’d be going mental because PL had made an * if it!!! There has to be some level thinking here, it can’t and won’t always be in our favour.

*’s sake mate, use your brain.

An ‘early exit’ clause doesn’t need to be available to both parties. We’re supposedly paying a * fortune for him, an experienced negotiator should at least be able to get an early end to the deal put in if he turns out to be a donkey.

It’s not as straightforward as that. We were desperate and they knew that. They also would have known how much we needed a CB. Everything was in their favour for this deal, not ours. You can switch yours on now.

Aw I know mate. It’s really hard so it is, just like it’s hard to get better than Neil Lennon.

Let’s let him away with it.

    Nah. Like I said, he’s a * CEO and a fraud.

I honestly think he's doing OK. He's doing a lot of organising at set pieces and I really think it shows.
Watch us ship goals from corners now and make me look daft, but that's what I'm seeing. I'm quite pleased with him tonight.

Agree with this, decent half from him. Would like to see him get a few decent performances under the belt to see how he reacts.

He played a horrendous ball to Laxalt I think in the first 5 minutes but has been okay since then. Still * obviously

Cleared 90% of his headers when in the penalty area. We looked much stronger at the back tonight defending against set pieces. Push on from this Big mon
