You've just rhymed off a list of excuses for him. We're going through the same issues as every other team yet we're the only one's struggling so badly. Why is that ? Why is a squad that have just won 3, maybe 4, trebles in a row suddenly struggling ? He has been backed so that excuse can't be used.

Couldn't give a * who we sign in Jan, if Lennon and the current staff are still here "training" them it will mean * all.

In hindsight Lennon had success due to having guys like Mjallby, Thompson and Parker helping out, even looking back at it, during its peak it still wasn't that consistent and progressively got worse as each person left.

Don't have any faith in him as a coach anymore to get response/best out of a player.

Lennon is an absolute fraud.. the more ya think about it its clear he has been surrounded by people that knew what they were doing.. Doesn't help he is now surrounded by lap top boy and mopey faced Kennedy but its clear the help Lennon got in the past was significant. Ya got to wonder how much Duffer was actually helping him..

It seems like they are desperate to let him have a go at the Scottish Cup Final for some reason, it's like they feel like they owe him this regardless of how dismal the results and performances have been this season.....

The board are full steam ahead with the blinkers on regardless, no matter how damaging it will be to this season.

Yeah it will be interesting as we will be out of the cup,and league before anything is done.

The full team needs a makeover,i never want to see any of those players to pull the hoops over their head again (laxalt excepetion)...if they aint playing for the manager, they aint playing for us.....* them...throwing away 10 to proove a point aint gonna float with me

Starting to see a few people saying Lennon hasn’t been backed by the board. Laughable.

The club have spent over £30m on players in the last three windows. When was the last time we spent that much money in such a short time?

Took them a while to wheel that old chestnut out!!
Probably because they know as much as the rest of us do that it's complete horsehite!! Is that really the best they can come up with??

He's been very well backed comparatively in the current climate. To think we've clearly and alarmingly rapidly regressed so much is actually beyond belief if you sit down and think about it.

He's probably been the best backed Celtic manager ever.

    A depressing thought.

There are people on all sides virtue signalling. There always are. I do it myself sometimes too. I try not to, but I do. In the current culture, it takes remarkable self-assurance not do that, because we've even made everything into a ruthless competition, even morality.

In actual fact it was Rodgers who was not backed which I have no doubt contributed to him wanting to leave.

It was quite clear he wanted the likes of McGinn, Justin and Castagne in to us. All very realistic signings. Now look at those players and the heights they are playing at. He even signed two of them for Leicester.

What did he get in the final season? Loan duds and folk that he didn’t even know until they turned up to training like Shved.

It was well known that the Rodgers/Lawwell relationship broke down much earlier in that season.

Everyone seemed to turn on Rodgers at that point (it was all very emotionally based). However, the more you think about it, the more this stinks and reeks of Lawwell incompetence.

Keep coming on here every day hoping, praying, begging that there is some good news but nothing, zilch nada. It's really doing my head in as, like like many other Celtic fans, Celtic have been a major part of my life and to see us the way we are just now is so sad.

We ain't going through the same issues ,we are the champions and up there to be shot down its easier when your not expected to win , we have a challenge now and players are not coping with the fact they c#nts are playing well and not losing ,the pressure is overwhelming the team and , we have had long term injuries to key players ,the defence has been changed , we lost a keeper who was the difference between draws or wins , players look terrified to make challenges at the back cauz its its also hurt us through penalties against us , or free kicks that have caused goals , sometimes trying to hard to do something has the opposite effect and the mentality thing happens .
Anyway any other time there would be scope to try and claw our way back out the form slump and confidence crisis , but wen they c#nts are playing well the pressure mounts on us .

Think we need to get used to the fact that ain't going, the board have made it very clear. It cannot and will not change how we feel about the board and our desire to clean the slate, but for now we have no option other than to hope we start getting results. Sofor they reasons I'm backing the team on match day.

If you get wind the manager is working his ticket then you can understand why lawwell started bringing in players .
