    When you have prolonged success complacency can set in, but the managerial appointment is so important to a football club, get that right and usually everything else falls into place.

    It's imperative to have leadership and organisation not just on the park but throughout the running of the club, every aspect should be approached and carried out in a professional manner.

    We like to think of ourselves as a big club, but the actions of the Board have left a lot to be desired, this could be the end of an era but also the start of a new beginning, but there has to be change, not just in personnel, but the overall running of our club.

    The Lennon “I can turn it around” bullshit ...... you can turn a * stained mattress over, still doesn’t mean your not sleeping on a * stained mattress.

    I think Lennon like the board and some of the background staff have been here or around for too long, their ideas, thinking have changed. You’ve seen it before at other clubs (Levein, Wenger, Ferguson to an extent) all stayed at the club or around it for too long with their influence held in to much regard with the board. These all need addressed if not now but seasons end for sure.

    As sad as it is Jack Ross would be a massive improvement on what we have.

    He's not my ideal choice, but he's not a bad manager. He's been a success at Hibs and St Mirren on a shoestring, and Sunderland are such a shambles that nobody is up to that job.

    I don't want him as a first choice, but it would be interesting to see what he could do with good players and an actual transfer budget.

    Our dominance and winning run could not last forever, but to see the collapse of a side who were Invincibles, and possibly quadruple treble winning, in such a short space of time, is unbearable

    The next appointment better be believable, otherwise empty stadiums will be the norm, Covid or not.

    Its the manner of the collapse that * me off. If we fought every inch and lost the title to a resurgent hun side we would accept it and look forward to building a stronger challenge. Our squads total lack of fight, loyalty, professionalism or respect for the Club or the fans is disgusting.

    These overpaid, precious arseholes will happily give the scum a guard of honour at Parkhead next season ( but of course the worst of them will be playing in Belgium or France by then ). * them

    * eddy,and * every single player that has dropped a level or 3 because lenny is the manager.This season was not just about lenny it was about millions of celtic fans getting to see our club make history and those players shat on lenny and all the fans as well. 50,000 fans dug deep in the worst year most will be facing and made sure the team did not have to be sold off and this is what they give us in return. * every one of them.
