Step down when he's on the brink of turning everything around and romping to 10IAR. Madness.

If Celtic lose 2 more matches this season even if we win all the other matches including all 3 against the huns i think we will lose the title as i dont think the huns will slip up against the rest of the Premiership and the refs will make sure that happens if they realise that.
I dont think lennon can handle that pressure especially the way things are at the moment.

maximum points if we win all our matches and beat the huns in all 3 matches and huns win the rest.

    Celtic would have 105 pts
    Huns would have 101 pts

And yet Tommy Burns was sacked for less and told to leave out a side door, he came in the front door and left that way.

I didn't even watch the second Prague game, let alone this one. Wish I hadn't watched a few others too TBH.

The players have not had pressure like now , it matters not who he is or his origin to me ,wot matters is that he has been in situations like this before and come through it ,his experience counts a lot ,but the facts are fans wont allow him to get through this 1 ,the job is impossible for him to continue as it stands .

I honestly cant believe he hasnt resigned. So he's ok with his legacy at celtic being the man who cost the club 10 in a row, he'll never live that down, everything he's done before will be forgotton in any future conversation because this will overshadow it all. you're pathetic Neil.

If this man still has a job if we * up on sunday then there's no hope of getting rid of him.

This! No player or manager is or should be bigger and more important than the club

This entire show has been an embarrassment from the minute the final whistle went at Hampden and Lawwell made it his priority to run into the dressing room to offer Lennon the full time job.

That right there, was similar to the Fergie to Moyes moment an Man Utd.

It was never going to end well, and instead of going for the best available to us when we were in a position of absolute dominance, which at that point would have been the most attractive to any manager looking in, we burst the baw.

Shame on Lawwell, Desmond, and the entire board for allowing that. That was the watershed moment, not the recent bad results. That moment was when we downgraded dramatically.

Our focus for the last ? amount of years has been the 10. The most important domestic season in our history. The gamble was unnecessary, lazy, and *.

A club the size of Celtic should have been able to approach a manager, at a time when we were on a massive high, at a decent level to take us forward on the momentum we had. We chose to employ the manager who had been sacked by Hibs for internal indiscipline.

Neil Lennon has been a fantastic player, captain and manager for us, but when we needed to carry on the good work, he was not the answer.

The bar had been set higher than him, and we missed the boat.

People can keep saying that he didn't get his own backroom team, but there's a reason for that. Thomson and Parker would never have been welcomed back at Celtic in a working capacity, and rightly so.

The board seem to have stuck by Lennon, for now, maybe due to arrogance, but they have gambled what is our biggest domestic season, when our dominance could have went way beyond that.

How many times have this current board let us down when in a position to strengthen, only to pass the blame onto others.

I for one hope the protests continue, until this lot get the message. They have, and still are, * about with our history, which will be there long after they're gone.
