A competent board acts long before the support is angry enough to congregate outside it's doors.They've had ample opportunity to do their job and failed.

Supporters have got fed up that their criticisms on Club social media posts, forums and phone-ins have been ignored and felt compelled enough to go and make their feelings known in person.

Did everyone there cover themselves in glory? No, people are angry and probably weren't acting as they would on a level head.

Did it provoke a response from the otherwise silent board of ours? Yes.

If you're suggesting they're sabotaging the good of club (keeping Lennon in a job when they would have otherwise sacked.him) simply to put 2 fingers up to the fans on Sunday night, then that only further compounds their incompetence.
