That’s one spin you could have.

Absolutely ridiculous it’s come to this

    Infuriating :87:

Pumped by Milan, couple of wins to paper over the cracks, then more dropped points once we come up against a decent challenge domestically. Finally we'll sack Lennon when the league is gone. Marquee signing in January, too little too late.

Yea? You seem to be towing the party line?

DD called the supporters an entitled hate mob. You’ve called them neds.

Lennon stays then 10 iar is gone. No 10 iar merchandise to sell, season tickets won't sell, next to no money from Europe coming in. Leaves us nothing to invest in a new manager and team next season. Keeping Lennon on could have serious implications to the Club financially. It seems this is a gamble the board is willing to take. Sticking 2 fingers up at the supporters but will expect the same supporters to spend their hard earned when money is tight.

Yes we have to cater to the 1 percent who ruin it for the * rest of us but surely whatever the support do you have to look at results and go it's time to move on now

Going to try and not let this spoil my day and assume that they’re going to let him shoulder the inevitable AC Milan defeat then sack him.

Basically, it's gonna take another demoralising 90 minutes against Milan for him to finally get the sack..?

Sorry - Should have been much clearer in what I said. Not towing any party line. I was pointing directly at the ones flinging the fences at the polis.99% of those turning up were sound and well within their right to protest.

Had I still lived in Glasgow I’d have been up there also. Totally scunnered with the way this is unfolding.

Well it's always worked hasn't it? Faithfull through and through and all that. Ultimately they take us for mugs because we are mugs! We know that Celtic as an institution is bigger than they are so we keep investing our emotions and cash. While we are like that they can't lose. The only difference this time is an absolute shitstorm of poverty is about to hit the nation through the perfect storm of Covid and Brexit. Hundreds of thousands out of work and a massive economic downturn. Britain as whole is going down the tubes and the only ones who will come out of this unscathed are the rich and privileged of which DD and PL are. Fans wont be able to afford the financial investment and a great many will switch off as it's unbearable to watch our fall.

    Celtic 0-2 Rangers
    Celtic 1-4 Sparta Prague
    Sparta Prague 4-1 Celtic
    Celtic 0-2 Ross County

If Lennon takes charge this weekend, the league is * over.

Of course it is. It was time to go weeks ago it's a disgrace a man can keep his job after the performances and results all season. I'm absolutely raging some idiotic bams have gave these * an excuse to dig their heels in.

Honestly I'm past giving Lennon personal insults at this point. He shouldn't have to walk away from his contract just cause he's a fan of Celtic - that * Lawwell was quick to hire him in the * showers after lifting the cup. He should be as quick in pulling the trigger to sack him off the back of horrific form as he was to hire him on the wave of feel good from the treble win.

Both are to blame here, imo.

Yes, the board should pull the trigger, but Lennon should have it in him to put his hands up an admit it’s not working. That doesn’t mean you don’t get your payoff.

Had he done that a few weeks ago, I don’t think anyone wouldn’t have welcomed him back with open arms at Celtic Park.

If being done 4-1,twice, by a struggling Sparta Prague and then losing 2-0 at home to an injury-hit, out of form Ross County didn't do for Lennon then I can't see how a defeat, however heavy, away to an in-form giant of the game like AC Milan will. Despite the rumours I can't believe DD would be so petty as to keep NL in a job because of the actions of a 100 or so angry young men. I think he and PL have simply made their choice and are going to stick not twist.

Agreed if he's here on Thursday then he's not going to get sacked after losing in the San Siro. It's going to take more dropped points in the league, which could well mean game over :31:
