    That's what i'm thinking mate, we canny expect a manager to arrive with a magic wand, there's work needing to be done, from players to backroom staff and scouting, the Board need punted as well but sadly that's not gonna happen.

    Jack Ross would be a disaster. He is not a good manager.

    He comes across extremely badly in the Sunderland behind the scenes thing. He’s never achieved anything in football to put him in line for the Celtic job.

    I’ve heard rumours that he’s totally clueless tactically to the point players take the *. I expect it all to go * up at Hibs soon enough.

    I added that in, in preparation for the typical response of some fans * that we all just want s foreign name.

    Personally I would go abroad and more so to footballing nations that are known for being key players in the modern game and how it's played, the Dutch, Italians, Portuguese, Spanish etc.

    I think the timescales that would be involved i.e a quick turnaround being needed and the fact it's happening mid season dilute the talent pool even further. Unfortunately I can't see anything other than a stop gap. I think the new guy will be someone out of work, close to home and happy to risk their reputation on a sinking ship for 6 months pay.

    It is a difficult one given that we're already into the season, but i think if we frame it as a short term gig then it would be time wasted as the manager will be gone in the summer, also with no long term plan it would be difficult to sign any players in the January window.

    The quick fix approach could set us back long term as it would be difficult to prepare for next season with a new manager coming in in the summer, then we have to start again, either way it's a difficult position we find ourselves in right now.

    PL is too much of a micromanaging control freak to allow a manager/coach of the calibre that we want to see come in and oversee the footballing operations.

    I have gone from angry at lenny to * raging at the players and wanting lenny out but now starting to feel sorry for him the way those * in celtic tops have given rangers the league and at least one cup.
    I hope lenny goes and finds something else but i would be happy to never see some of that team again.

    The last time a manager in Glasgow went the entire month of November without winning a game was in 2005.

    McLeish was nonetheless allowed to see out the season.

    The Huns finished 3rd in a two-horse race. An absolute embarrassment.

    If Lennon isn't removed that's where this ends.

    The season is still salvageable but only with a new coach.
