    They gave up months ago.

It's been abundantly clear.to laymen watching at home on streams but not our leaders.

Every game bar the Hibs home game has been a slog this season.

The leaders that we have (that we pay handsomely) should be able to foresee danger long before Joe public, with us though it has went in reverse.

Eddie hasn't kicked his * all season and still gets played. Ntcham could do a * on our badge in the dressing room and still get picked over Turnbull.

We've been let down big style by a lot of people at the club and it's not time that they were held accountable for it, not just Lennon.

Got excited at the alert about Celtic releasing a statement tonight.

then realised it was to attack the fans for being angry.

We just have to make it to January. Then we can get in targeted 6-month loans. I'm not normally a fan of loans, but this season...

I think Lenny has been hung out to dry TBH. By players and board. Not arguing that he's blameless, he's obviously lost his head for quite a while, but boy has he been getting it tight for that. Until today, the board and players have been largely spared that anger. Maybe they'll take it seriously now that it's not all hitting Lenny.

Surely he himself will know it’s the best decision. Literally nobody wants him here as manager and he knows how let down fans feel and that the vast majority of the support wants him gone after tonight. So think it is inevitable now. If he tries stick it out after tonight he’s far beyond disrespectful. That being said I think most if not all fans are very sad it has come to end like this, despite how the statement or social media has tried twist it. But fans had to react otherwise there would be no change and no hope. Hopefully now change is imminent and we can move on. Even if the league is out the window, Atleast we can get back to the Glasgow Celtic way :60:

Lennon hasn't been hung out to dry by the board whatsoever. The summer transfer window has been one of the few transfer windows when we haven't sold one of our better players. Even if we had though, it would have been hard to have sympathy for Lennon. He left the job the first time because of the board and knew exactly what he was getting himself into this time round as it's the same board. He was and is the luckiest manager on the planet to be in the role he is. How many managers could leave Celtic, have a poor spell at Bolton, get paid off at Hibs and then end up back as Celtic manager, following on from Rodgers, who had one of the best domestic records in our history.

I take no pleasure in seeing Lennon losing his job, but we have no alternative. This isn't a blip. This is a longterm issue that is growing. He's dragging us down.

Originally I was hoping the situation was going to be dealt with in amicable fashion and Lennon leaves with as much of his reputation as he can save. I'm now at the stage where I'm getting angry and frustrated with Lennon and wouldn't care if he was dumped or forced out by the fans.

He's not turning this around. That's clear to everyone.

He's been let-down badly I agree and I think the board have been very sleekit in letting him field all the questions about his future without their comments.

I think some of the efforts from the players have been atrocious to say the least but Lennon has made excuses for them and continued to play the non-triers over others waiting in the wings. That's where my sympathy ends.

I said months ago that when the chips are down at a club, it's imperative to play 11 guys that you can hang your hat on giving you 100% effort. Lennon hasn't done that and as a result cost himself any remaining good faith.he might have had.

Had he picked the raw Kilmala over the non-trying Eddie and made it known the reason he was doing so was a lack of effort and we subsequently dropped points, I'd respect that more than just doing the same things repeatedly and expecting different results.

One thing Lenny never had was a good team of his own men around him, a backroom staff he could trust and rely upon.

We all know Lenny should never have been given the gig full time, i don't blame him for taking the job, i blame the Board giving him it in the first place.

I wish him the best of luck when he goes, he'll always be a Celtic hero to me.

Aye he was well backed. The board are getting it tight purely for the fact they're overseeing this shambles and letting it continue..

He's lost it. He slated the player's, it backfired and he hasn't got the know how to come back from it..

He should've been volleyed out down London Road by now..

The fact he's went out under an escort with so many going to the ground to voice their displeasure....and he's still no quit....my word..

    100%

This hard-on for boardroom people try to meddle in footballing decisions has to end.

There's no successful.club in the world that I can think of that tells their manager who they will have as assistant and first team coach. If you believe in the guy then let him bring in the guys he trusts.

Remember when Hearts fans thought Craig Levein was a “Hearts man through and through” yet literally destroyed the club by making himself bigger the club. This is what Lennon could become if he keeps this caper up, because unwittingly or not he’s slowly starting to do this to our club. Just resign a Celtic legend in terms of playing, not the Celtic manager that set us back years fixing the damage you caused with your stubbornness.

No chance, he’s way too agro. Any opinion but his own is ridiculous in his eyes too. I know players need a wake up call but think they need a manager who will encourage them and put the work in with them

Considering he ‘tells it like it is’ he’ll appreciate being told it like it is, he’s a * useless manager that would drag us down even further.

Squad’s confidence is shot and in walks Billy big baws to reaffirm to them how * they really are.

I'm astounded he is not away by now. I would have got rid after the Huns game, perhaps that was a bit early but I seen how it was going and would have changed things then. The Sparta game at home I thought was definitely the final straw, but since then we have dropped more points at Hibs, been pumped again by Sparta and now lost to Ross County, what is it going to take for him to leave or be sacked. We wait any longer and the league will be gone.
