    100% this, any decent periods of play is purely down to the fact we do have decent players who can play, and its obviously nothing to do with how they are being coached, defence is all over the place, no tactics with the ball, no tactics without it, we don't play with decent positioning, no triangles in possession, clueless when we lose possession, we don't even press properly, its absolute shocking to watch. Too many players not giving a toss and unfortunately Lennon is not the man to change things. The board need to step up.

    You see it in the pre-match training of pretty much every team in the world, where they all stand in a circle, 1 or 2 players in the middle and they pass the ball around quickly, creating triangle passes, forcing the opponents to move and creat space.

    What is the point to that exercise if we never * do it in a game?

    Its just become apparent we are doing none of the basic tactical and coaching that is required at any professional level, lenny admitting we hardly ever analyse previous games, ex players talking about the lack of tactics and drinking cans of bru at lunch time, we've got away with it previous seasons because our squad has been so much stronger, unfortunately the lack of coaching is now catching up with especially as the huns are no longer a shambles!

    It's just part of a warm up to get the body moving and work on your touch, and is mainly to work the two in the middle at pressing and hustling, it's not a serious tactical drill like you think
