he doesnt look well and i can imagine the pressure is massive, thing is were not improving one iota, hes tried everything and it aint working and his interviews look to be delusional
if this was a top player you'd take him out of the firing line after giving him a reasonable time to turn it around and he has done things with players duffy brown although left them in far too long for most of the support

think the paralysis is driven right through the club at the moment every * dodging decisions that have to be made in the hope well just have a great next game and go on an winning run till the end of the season

i think when your boxer is beaten and wont admit it, its time to take him out for his own sake, theres a duty of care at stake now for neil, the team, the club and fans

I totally miscommunicated my point, apologies. Taking that conference out of the context of where we are at the minute, his lack of a reaction to a performance that poor is symbolic to how we’re being run as a club rn imo. It feels like the ‘sleeping at the wheel’ metaphor is happening right in front of our faces, in the press conferences and behind the scenes. They seem willing to accept the level we’re playing at just now as a “dip in form” when the reality is this has been coming for a while, we’re nowhere near the level we should be - or have been - and *no one* looks like doing anything about it!

 

That last press conference has resulted in me losing all respect for the guy now, he is so far out of touch with reality it is unreal. He is also allowing himself to be the human shield for that board of Tory *.

I also fear this is going to turn nasty now as fans just aren’t going to accept being treated with contempt.

A lot of talk about protests at the ground on Sunday which I am all for now, change is required, and quick if we are to salvage this season.

Looking at the fixtures we're unlikely to drop points in December. Hopefully the players can find their commitment and Lennon can find a winning system in that time.

 

I would take that at this stage

 

I can see why they might think that way. They are probably sitting back looking at the squad of players at the club, looking at how that same squad of players has performed in the past and everything they have won, and coming to the conclusion that they cannot continue to play as badly as they currently are. And that the ship will right itself sooner rather than later.

Like you say, they are completely wrong in that assertion. This is not a dip in form. It's way more serious than that.
