Plenty games coming up to fail in again and say...

“let’s give him until after the next game !”

    RosCo. LC
    Milan
    St J. Spfl

    No we wouldn’t.

You think some messages on a forum, threatening to not renew season tickets, are going to make Lawwell sack his pal?

Lawwell knows how a lot of the fans feel about him. If he cared about our opinions at all he wouldn’t have appointed Lennon in the first place.

He's genuinely no going anywhere :90:

Honestly sick of the sight of him. Talks * constantly and is clueless on the touchline..

There's a lot that has happened this season no doubt behind the scene's but im convinced he has never recovered from throwing the player's under the bus after Ferencvaros..

It's all fallen apart majorly since then..

Should've been hunted on the spot..

There's player's no playing for him. I'm sure if it..

Only way to get some sort of unity is to * him clean out the door and get an energetic coach in that is willing to give them a new lease of life. Might actually coach them properly..

I don't think all Lenny has been getting is "some messages on a forum" though. Lawwell cares about money. That's my point. Lawwell could give a * how much abuse Lenny gets, but threaten the club's revenue stream...

There’s a long list of people that’ll happily pick up the slack on season tickets and they know it. Not a worry to them.

    And he still wouldn’t give a *.

This is one of many Celtic forums. Lawwell probably doesn’t have a clue what it even is. Again, he would have known at the time that most of the fanbase never wanted Lennon. Didn’t change his mind then.

The manager wasn't on the park, domestically or in Europe....The players are. The individual mistakes and below par performances have done us more than lack of tactical savvy or team selection have this season. With the calibre of player we have compared to the rest we should be top of the league....If the players were giving 100%. In my opinion they are not giving 100%. That's my point.

You never know mate. If anything I wouldn’t class it as the “R” word as such but rather favouritism for the ‘Irish catholic from the six counties’. If this was Deila, Strachan, Mowbray they’d have all been papped out weeks, maybe even months ago. And before I get all range of arseholes calling me out and levelling some ludicrous anti-Irish sentiment claims at me, I was born and raised in Newry. I’m just saying that Lennon’s background, probably, unfortunately, plays a large part in his holding down the job this long.

The most worrying thing about his latest comments:

"They (Desmond and Lawwell) feel the need to offer suggestions, ideas and vice-versa from me.“

    Terrifying.

I bet that Lenny was on that zoom call sounding like me during a catch up meeting at work.

Manager: So Lenny, how you getting along with that "changing the culture" project? You said it would take you around 2 weeks, that was 3 weeks ago. You must be nearly done now surely?

Lennon: Yeah, sorry about that boss. Bit of a setback this week. Gavin was running an older version of the team software on the laptop, and we had to upgrade it. Then it ended up being incompatible with the new Windows update and we had to reformat the whole thing. It's been a bit of a write off this week to be honest.

Manager: So do you think it'll be ready next week?

    Lennon: Better make it 2.

The only reason I could see them keeping Lennon is purely down to the runourvthat lawell is stepping down at the end of the year, makes no sense otherwise.

I keep thinking about this too and totally agree with you. What he said that night to the press was utterly outrageous and it's clear a lot of the players chucked it after those comments.

What's even more strange is after saying that he didn't get rid of ANY of these so called players.

    What a shambles.
