Worse than Scheidt and not many are that bad.

 

He needs dropped completely, needs to get his game up to standard before we even contemplate giving him a first team spot

 

One thing I'll say is he has played 96 times in arguably the best league in the world, the Premier League. He's obviously not the dud people are making him out to be. His confidence is shot to bits, we shouldn't be writing him off so early.

We need to get off his back and give him a chance. I'll give him until January before I make judgement

Probably not been in a team that so exposes the defense, defenders always look better when they have proper cover , although he is ropey at the moment even at set pieces .

He’s a loan player taking the chance to play for his boyhood heroes in one fo the biggest seasons in their history instead of sitting on the bench down south. We owe him absolutely nothing.

I don’t really care how good he is for anyone else other than us, and from what I’ve seen so far he simply isn’t good enough to play for us. Nowhere near good enough in fact.

Unless we're absolutely forced into it through necessity, which sadly may be the case, I wouldn't have him anywhere near the first 11 just now. I'm not doubting he may have have half decent down the road a while back but he's been * here on the whole!! We have no room for manoeuvre at the moment and one more lapse or slip from him and it could be curtains!!

Right now...he's the King of the duds!!

 

WHAT??? He has had a load of chances and some of the basic defending he has had to do, he has screwed it up. Simple, bread and butter defending.

You’re right. He’s better than he’s shown. But he’s not a beast. He’s an average player and it just shows you (once again) that average players can’t just come up here and walk it.

He’s not mentally strong enough to play for Celtic. He started really well and the first sign of hardship has destroyed him completely. You honestly wouldn’t see Sunday league players lunging in like he did against Prague, never mind the reaction when he realised he * it.

Some players are quite happy playing with no pressure for * teams. He’s obviously one of them.

 

I'm still trying to fathom what the reaction to him getting skinned was all about, by the time he turns the boys clean through.

I'd rather play Welsh than this fud, at least our own player will get experience

 

I had hoped for great things from Duffy. That he'd be a new Bobo. Now? I'd terminate the loan at Christmas and replace him... it's a Cascarino transfer all over again. Just not working out for him,nothing to be done
