15 games into a season, scraping wins all over the place, now 9 points behind for various reasons.4 strikers who can't or wont get to play 90mns.Defence in bits. This season could go either way so i don't blame fans for wanting him out,i said give him some more game till xmas and see where we are....if only every opinion in the world was the same as yours eh.

    17 (18 today)

I can accept some folk have a better belief (I call it blind, but fair * to the lads who have it), but calling other fans a disgrace for being concerned and wanting better for the club after 17 games deep in to a season that could be called short, thats a disgrace.

All for a good debate with guys like @Random Review even though we disagree, it's a healthy enough debate and lets each side see where the others are coming from.
But things like calling fans a disgrace and sitting here waiting for a good performance just to scream"told you so" and act like a better fan is a * joke man. No time for that.

We all want Lennon to be the man to lift ten in a row, no need for this level of * though.

So that includes me then, I am worried about the performances and I have already said, I don't care who manages us as long as we are being the best we can, this season we have been playing below ourselves, if a new manager would change that then great, get him in!
If Lennon can change it around quickly then that's also great!
    The club comes first.

Because it is laughably nonsensical tbh, and I don’t believe for a minute you don’t see that. 40 years of data contain numerous inflexion points, leaving you to draw conclusions that are utterly irrelevant to the modern day game. *, even a cursory understanding of how our own standing in European football has changed hugely over the last decade would tell you all you need to know about how useful 40 years of data is in a football context.

No, it absolutely isn’t. This is the first time Ferencvaros have qualified for the CL in 25 years. It was also the first time in 15 years years that we’ve gone out in the 2nd qualifying round.

This talk of ‘sides like Ferencvaros‘ is just a hugely lazy way of looking at this. Who are these sides like Ferencvaros and what makes them ‘like Ferencvaros‘? How many times in recent years have we been eliminated in the 2nd qualifying round? In how many of those matches have we been eliminated by a side with a fraction of our financial muscle, who themselves haven’t played in the Champions League since some of our current players weren’t yet born?

It was an extremely poor result, and one that every fan had a right to expect more from - and it is not in the least bit entitled to say that. The fact that people actually take this result as a point to use to defend Lennon makes we realise how any sort of criticism, even when perfectly valid, will be deflected by some.

As disgraceful as the ones who defend someone regardless I would say.

Ultimately, getting players to become ‘match fit’ is the responsibility of the manager. If Klimala isn’t ‘match fit’ for a massive game like a CL qualifier, after having a brilliant pre-season, then that’s on Lennon.

It would be a disgrace if the criticism were baseless, but it isn't. We've been awful so far this season. One or two games isn't going to sway opinions. We need a winning run and this would only be our first in 5 games.

Performance has been very encouraging today but get off your high horse.

His subs, or at times refusal to make them, have been poor yet again today.

Great first half, second half the players look to be still giving it a go and credit to them, but that midfield is on its * and crying out for fresh legs. No help to it till 84minutes in the form of Ntcham.
Very baffling subs and he isn't helping the side at all by waiting soo late in the games to make these changes when we all saw it on the 55th minute

Defo feels like we've turned a corner, the performances have been getting better and better recently, coinciding with him coming out all guns blazing at the hun scum media.
Onwards and upwards towards another treble and 10.

Aye, I think today was as good as what was needed to hopefully move forward now.

Bad patch is getting put behind us I hope and we move forward with this momentum. Much needed clean sheet may help the backline for confidence and get us going again.

My overall hope now is that the huns get complacent with their supposed 9 point gap, they will slip somewhere, but I think they will forget how vital the two games in hand will be. We may now just get on with the job at hand and before they know it, we take pole position again and they will be raging as per usual.

Good win today. We need to wrap Rogić in cotton wool.

    The signs are there deffo..

First clean sheet in a while and comfortable win..

Confidence will no doubt grow and that's what we need. Player's back and defensively improving and we'll be good..

Got the team right and his changes in the 2nd half let us take control again after things got scrappy so credit where it's due.

Another improvement and the first win in four games. Think we can put the 'players aren't playing for the manager' chat to bed now. It was a good performance and solid game management in the second half, especially after a tough European game midweek.

Can only assume that even though he publicly said some players wanted to leave in the summer, he's told them if they want their move then they need to perform for us first.

Also think that the early CL exit will have been a bit of a downer, and that'll have had a psychological affect, along with all the other variables of this season.
