You don't even need to watch any games to gauge how dire Celtic are at the moment. They are only just getting past teams they should be hammering in the league.... If the team aren't looking fresh now just think how bad the will look in January.

I'm not one for criticising Lennon but it looks like something is seriously wrong in this squad. Celtic are one bad game away from blowing ten in a row and that is not an exaggeration.

I'm glad he changed the system at half time ive often thought he's been a bit stubborn with changing systems in game.

He also seems to be making subs earlier which is great.

We have won every trophy in Scotland over the last 24 months. Win our game in hand and we are one (ONE!) point behind the huns. We are not in any way, shape or form “MILES” behind them, so simmer the * down. I’m as big a critic of Lennon’s failings as anyone, but your exaggeration is complete hysteria.

    Yes it is.

If we are sticking with Lenny then I really hope we sign a defensive coach

Or ask Stevie Clark to give some constructive criticism. He seems to have a decent record in sorting out defensive frailties.

At 1.45pm on Sunday we will know the result and hopefully the three points as I'm not even thinking of any other result.
Think Lennon needs now to stick to a formation and think the McGregor brown and ntcham needs to be binned and he needs to be brave and I would go back to McGregor Christie and rogic with Turnbull coming on later .

Just seen this on Facebook and I absolutely agree

I was around the last time we blew the chance of ten in a row , we were 5 or 6 points clear in December 1973 when it was 2 Pts for a win ...we were too loyal to players who were no longer the force they were , plus Jock Stein had been in an accident and Sean Fallon stood in for him while he recovered . Never thought I’d live to see us get the chance again. But , the manager has got to be a ruthless * , there’s no room for sentiment , if a player isn’t doing it or has lost a half yard , then don’t * play them . If they don’t fit the system, likewise don’t play them regardless of their status or reputation. This chance will probably never come round twice for a lot of people. The club must not let loyalty to players cloud their judgement, we’ve all seen where players loyalty lies time and time again ..money . We need a * at the helm . A proper *.

His post-match comments both last night and all season have had a serious whiff of self-denial about them. Unlucky, deserved more, injuries.......We have been awful almost every game so far with little evidence the boss knows how to change it. We had a good half-hour last night, that was all, but even then had to concede another just to finish on a downer. Sunday around 11am will let us know if there is hope for him. If he ditches 3-5-2, as he should already have done, and picks the right players there will be some hope.

Well not of late tbh. I don't know when we last had a settled team!

We have a makeshift defence and the only real mainstay is Ajer. Believe it or not we missed Biton. Elhamed wont stay with us. His recent comments suggest the move has had a huge impact on his personal life. We have a Goalie who looks hopeless, a new supposed experienced defender (Duffy) who I'm sorry to say does look hapless and clumsy. Laxalt looks a player and has been said a cut above Taylor. Julien is a big wooos even when he isn't out injured. Welsh is getting thrown in at the deep end.

The midfield and forward line has been everchanging and unsettled. I love Brown but it's time for him to step back. McGregor is unusually unpredictable. Christie is getting back to form. Cham is just rubbish at times (imo) although I noted 3 players around him everytime he got the ball last night. Love Frimpong but he needs to learn to do more than run with the ball! Elyounoussi is really good. Ajeti is new and good. Klimala is new and I'm not entirely convinced yet. Edouard .......well everyone knows what my thoughts are on Eddy. Like Rogic A luxury player. Griff not certain he's ever going to find his form. Forrest being out is a blow but imo he never turns up for the big games. I could go on and on but the point I'm making is when did the team last look like a team? At times it looks like a team of individuals. We freshened the squad up so maybe it's time to freshen up the management team.

Don't see how Barkas can be accused of looking hopeless, it's not like he's making howlers. He's completely exposed at the moment. He deals with the vast majority of stuff you'd expect him to. Think once he has a more settled defence and gets a few better than average performances under his belt he'll be fine.

I genuinely think that's the system he would prefer to go with for nights like that but he's been pushed to the 3-5-2 and 2 strikers. That's why we've seen this half way house when he's using it as I don't think he's ever fully trusted it. Said it before but he looks like a passenger on the sidelines and this doesn't look like a Lennon team, he needs to show the passion and do it his way or he'll be out on his ear with a whimper.

You may have a point but I would have been more confident with Bain in goal last night.

Go back to what ya know, Lennon please ffs.

Drop the 3 at the back, right now, injuries and form suggest we do not have the personnel to work it.

    Just * go back to a 4-2-3-1/4-1-4-1

    * go check Jullien is alive so we can get Duffy out of the squad and get him partnered with Welsh for Sunday, let Ajer do Brown's job and rest him and maybe even get him working the team from the sidelines.

Doing that, if we really * must could still let you play a version of 3 at the back, but we need our technical guys in McGregor, Christie and Rogic focusing on attacking, that is their strength, they need to be playing further up the park and supporting a fit Eddie.

We all want 3-5-2 to work, but playing 4-2-3-1 is perfectly fine domestically if we can rest brown and let others get up the park.

He should be away by now anyway....

This is the whole problem with it at the moment.. everyone saying he has “the Aberdeen game to turn it around”, “make or break” etc etc...

We’ve already hit breaking point and the background to it is that an increasing majority ? of fans don’t think he can be trusted any further. Looks like the players are suffering from the bipolar game management as well.

We could very well do Aberdeen 4-0 at the weekend... and the “Lennon back on track I”, “turned it around” stuff will come out. We should be beating Aberdeen any time we play them.. but Lenny can’t set up a team to beat Sevco. The team know this and it’s affecting performances further. Those games will be the difference this season.

Same goes for last seasons Scottish cup, we will maybe win the semi (and the cup) and it will give him a continued lifeline... we play the Huns in January at ibrokes ... fixture 22

If we are still behind and slip up there it could be too late not only to find the right manager, but for him to ‘turn things around’.
