Lenny will not need a meeting to understand where we are and how the fans feel about it.He has been around long enough to know there is rage if we just get beat by that lot on a normal season, but this season and the manner of the loss.He will be well aware the clock is ticking.Im more worried about the players not knowing how we feel about their *.

Kinda how is see it. I’ve cooled off a bit since Saturday but expect to see a big reaction from the players, and Lennon, in the next two games.

The starting XI and system on Sunday will tell us a lot actually. If we see a repeat of the Klimala/Mo partnership then I reserve the right to immediately call for his dismissal.

I don't think there is a magic wand, even if Lenny were punted tomorrow there would be no guarantee that the new guy would hit the ground running, this is the stick or twist dilemma.

True, there are no guarantees. But a more qualified, experienced, modern manager and coaching team would get more out of the squad, know when/How to change the play and adapt to the game in play. This was evident with BR.

I believe there is a middle of the road manager in between Lenny and BR, who could push us on to the next level. Prior to Lenny, I eventually bought in to the Rafa rumour, but wanted Bilic or Van Bommel in.

Whilst I see an initial reaction coming, I don't see it being enough and in the long run more detrimental to the squad and football in general.

If it was just down to bad luck, covid, injuries, one rash lineup in one game .... it would be easier to want him to try to turn it around...

.... but it’s not been one game. Everything that tests a managers skill set from lineup, in-game tactics , subs, communications etc was ALL wrong and has been for 90% of games played since August.

Knowing his stubbornness and reluctance to adjust by now rings alarm bells and heavily disputes any case for him ‘turning it around’.

Yes... a new manager might not hit it off immediately.... but that’s worth the risk for me.. keeping the status quo is a bigger gamble.

A serious , heavy duty manager should have players desperate to prove themselves and be capable of instant impact.

    We will 100% stick.

Hes not going to go now. I'm really concerned about us, weve seen no improvement at all this season and for me the Ferencvaros debacle was swept over too easily by most of our fans.

I'm seeing a lot of warning signs. A lot of the players seem to not be playing for him and tbh I keep banging on about it but we have no style of play. In the past with lennon I think it was clear we did but right now it's honestly embarrassing.

I wasnt sure about getting him.back after Rodgers but he won me back over. Last season was good and we showed progression in europe (despite still making the same mistakes ultimately).

Now however I'm realising why I didnt want him back. I dont think its mental.to suggest that tactically etc he is very much stuck in the past and his man management skills arent digging him out at the moment. They also seem.to have disappeared.

I'm just scunnered. That performance at the weekend should.not be happening with a Neil lennon celtic side never mind any celtic side in general. One thing I always had confidence in him to do was get the players fired up for such games. But he looks to have lost his ability to manage them.

See when people are saying we will turn it around etc.. * I hope he does because it's pretty clear he ain't going anywhere

What worries me is that he doesn't think things need to be turned around. Because every interview from day one this season he has been delighted with our performance. Saturday we heard the excuses rolled out.

Does anyone actually think he sees how bad we are playing or does he actually think everything is ok and Saturday and CL was just a blip?

I'm hoping the rumours are true about having the squad in early yesterday and its to start working on a new system

I’m sure they are just sound bites for the press. We get enough bad press without the manager making it easy for them.

The proof will be in the pudding though. We need a reaction and quick. Time to * or get off the pot Neil.

We might beat the cannon fodder with lennon. But it will ultimately come down to games vs them and lennon has not got it vs them going by the past 3 games. 50k kamara running rings around our midfield...made brown, calmac and ntcham look like part timers...why is that? Is he just better or are the players not playing for lennon?
