Lennon needs to employ a siege mentality. Majority of opposition and their fans want us to slip up and want the bragging rights of helping stop the ten. The media have hyped the huns up to the heavens with Gerrard as the chosen one and Kent, Barasic, Aribo, Jack and Tavernier and El Donkey as untouchable. The same * is coming out of the Ibrox dressing room as well. We know what their fans are and the delusion they carry. All these things along with the defeat on Saturday and all the Gerrard knows how to ride Lenny should be more than enough motivation to go out and lay down a marker starting with the Sheep on Sunday. We need to make every pass, every run or goal count. We need to go on a run that will put them all back in their box and then we address the Top team in Scotland when we visit the * pit. We have to get our swagger back and immediately. I’m continuing to back Lenny and the team to do that and we will see who the Champions are come trophy time.

Can’t afford to fall much further behind the huns. Next game against them is at Ibrox, and right now they’d be massive favourites to win again. We can’t afford to drop more points between now and then.

A scudding off the scum and then a potential scudding off AC milan makes for a real * bounce back against a sheep side you will no doubt be more up for against us than they ever are against the scum.

Given the form of us v ac milan - never in a million years is it a team I'd want to face after one of the single worst performances for our squad against non other than our biggest rival for the title.

Call me whatever, but I'd not be shocked now if AC Milan turn us over without bother 4-0, we lost to them 3-0 once before and is possibly arguable that they have considerably improved since.

To some extent there is levels to it, but if we end up looking any where remotely close to what we did against scum, against ac milan, then Lennon should sacked immediately without hesitation. * wasting anymore time.

We should not just accept a potential scudding of ac milan solely because "well, its ac milan, they got guys like Ibra on their books"

    No.

That is fair enough and I remember him saying that at the time. However the next season we stuck with 4-2-3-1, all be it we brought in some new players. It wasn’t really until the January that anything changed with our shape.

We probably were a bit more direct in our play but that has well and truly gone now as we are slower than ever in our build up and knocking the ball about at the back with no purpose to our play.

Also picking klimala to lead the line on Saturday when he trusted a midfielder over him to lead the line in the CL game. That plus he had a fit Ajeti and Griffiths on the bench, staggering.

Aye I said this in the match thread but him coming out and saying Ajeti and Griffiths weren't fit is basically an admission he picked the wrong team because not once did he mention Welsh not being fit and Ajeti and Griffiths have played more football than him

The next 3 domestic games, Sheep, Motherwell and Hibs all away are probably the biggest test that Lennon has had to face as a Celtic player and manager. Failure in any of those games will be unexceptable, he has to listen to what the players want and need and stop these ridiculous team selections and subs. I remember last year we were playing poor before the winter break and came back from Dubai all guns blazing and scoring for fun. What came out of that whilst out there was they had a clear the air talks between players and coaching staff, that's what is needed now.

Phil Mac reporting that Lenny was summoned to a zoom meeting after the game wi Lawell and DD. He was "given a yellow card" or after being backed in the summer and losing out in the champs league.

What a load of stale * that is.

Anyone who believes DD and Lawwell gave Lennon "a yellow card" especially when it comes from notoriously well known * talker like that, well....

It's entirely believable that after any loss for Celtic that it wouldn't be unusual for the manager to have a meeting with the board.

I'd more shocked if they didn't, simply because ofnthe pressures of the role, size of the club and the ever watchful fan base.

I read it there. It doesn’t actually quote the board as giving Lenny card. Phils words.

I remember when he came in he said john kennedy knew the system and players well so I don't need to change much..so what has actually changed for the players to perform so badly since the season started. It's Tuesday and I'm still * off at the utter gutless performance again that shower of *.

Agree with most of that mate, but to say the sheep will be more up for it against us than they ever are v the scum, the sheep haven’t won against us for years apart from once 1-0 at Celtic Park a few years back when league already won with a Scottish cup final the following week , since scum came back sheep have scudded them on many occasions put them out of both cups, can never accuse sheep of not being 100% up for a huns game, been far more up for a huns game than we have

He could be talking Colin Nish but if the board weren't expressing their displeasure strongly then it would be dereliction of duty.

Lennon needs to know he has to find the solution soon or if he can't, someone else will brought in to do it.

Yep, if he gets a reaction then he might yet turn things round.

If he doesn't then it will be curtains and we shouldn't let it drag on too long; the next 10 weeks are huge for the club.

You will be able to tell within the next two games if he has got a reaction or not as we will get hammered on Thursday and fail to win Sunday if he hasn’t.

If he has, we will at least put up a fight Thursday and win on Sunday.
