It was clear after that fallout that there was loads going on in the background..

Was always gonna rear it's head after a bad loss again and it's no surprise it has. It only simmered a bit as he came out and basically shat it and might as well have apologised....such was the way he doubled down..

Thought we'd maybe kick on performance wise but he's lost some them and you can't blame them. That Saturday isn't a team that's fighting for him amor it's certainly a team that doesn't have a clue what to do with whatever message he's trying to get across..

He won't go yet but I'd punt him now. He looks so out his depth it's untrue. His team selections have been beyond head scratching all season long. His in game management has been terrible. He just stands cluelesson the bench. He's got a cluster of player's that are just collecting dust. He only really has 2 go to formations but even then doesn't know how to utilise them or the player's in said systems. He doesn't even know his best 11 yet. He's been coming out saying the player's were excellent publicly, * display after * display and fuckall has changed month's down the line. It's still garbage..

Honestly could go on and on..

Most a the game he just sat on his * watching that dross !! Too many big games lennon has let us down , rangers will just play the same way agaist us in the next old firm and if he didnt have any answers now he wont have them then !!! Far too stubborn

Sunday's game is a cup final if the players give the same display and we have hardly have a shot at goal then the pressure on him will be great.
Ok even if we sack him who's going to come in even at this stage of the season the only two I can think of are Howe and Strachan .

If the performances don’t improve and he doesn’t get the reaction he needs from the players in the next few games, I’d like to think he would do the right thing and walk.

As a Celtic man, he needs to put the club before himself and hold his hands up if he’s lost the players.

Leadership in the dressing room isn't an issue, look what the bulk of that squad has achieved..

Duffy is a leader too, ropey performance from him but he's still a leader...

Well where were they yesterday? Where were they against Cluj, Ferencvaros, Copenhagen and now Rangers in three games?

we are found lacking in big games. yes its tactics and management too, if this is the best our group can come up with then the standard has dropped dramatically. Dont see one of them with any real passion.

As a manager if the players are not playing for you, then the fat lady is clearing her throat. :42:

We're 2 games away from a quadruple treble the mentality of the players isn't the issue..

    They've more than proven that..

You could hear Lennon shouting a lot, feels like the only time they pan to him is when he's sitting down * off..

Did anyone see Lenny, Kennedy and Strachan actually trying to work together on Saturday ?
Their body language said it all... maybe the problem starts there !

Even if Neil Lennon does have the correct strategy to get us back on track to win the Title Im worried the players have lost confidence in him. The way they played on Saturday was shocking, no commitment, no urgency and most worryingly of all no fight. Its an old cliche but if he has 'lost the dressing room' then its game over.

For me a performance on Sunday and 3 points will steady the ship but it won't address the ineptitude going on tactically within the club. Lennon will run us close to the 10iar (if the league goes the distance with covid) but when considering our squad v the rest it shouldnt really have come to that . Post this season I'd like us to go all in on the next Marco rose, flick or nagelsmann. That very well could he Eddie Howe, but I'd be a bit nervous with him in charge this season as every game is essentially a cup final, he would really need to hit the ground running.i haven't lost faith in Lennon from Saturday this has just been a slowly chipping away thing over months with zero signs of any ideas coming.

I've been saying this for awhile. Lennon doesn't really interact with the other 2 coaches during games. IMO they have different opinions on the game. I think Kennedy & Strachan are right into their tactics but Lennon isn't.

That's why you have coaches and assistants to be fair. Lot's of club's have coaches and assistant's who are more hands on or in to the finer detail's of analysis or tactics..

Problem is, if Lennon is more the motivational man, which i think he is....then he's failing miserably. That's always been a clear attribute of his and if he's lost it in the dressing room...then what does he have left?

Tactically and how we're setting up against team's....if that's more on Kennedy and Strachan, then they're out of their depth as well..

Honestly i don't think the players have downed tools because of the manager, not with \0/,duffy,griff,calmac,bitton in the squad.I don't think they would let the others get away with it.
Needs to stop forcing players into the team for the sake of getting them game time.Play two up front from now on,even if it means using all 4 strikers in every game to cover the 90 mins.
Settle the team down a bit, find a first 11 and stick to it other then the odd change during the games to replace tired or out of form players.

Yes but all domestic. Of all those games, where has biggest tests and learning been? Europe.

This season is the biggest domestic challenge we have had in years.

Lets not get carried away here, strachan was only just brought in so why would there be a problem. But they are not interacting because of virus and they are meant to be apart and alone.same as the subs and medical staff ect.
