Quite strange how no one ever seem to raise their eyebrows over the fact that a very defensive minded manager end up inherit a super offensive possession type of squad.

Me included. I mainly thought that Lenny is a * warrior, but think about it. It’s * insane to be honest

We have fallen asleep at the wheel. Its not been food enough from the board room down to the players.
    We have capitulated.

Absolutely... Lennon for me is involved too much emotionally maybe. It's a * of alot of pressure to be on the shoulders of Celtic fan.

    They weren’t.

One big difference, though, is that Rodgers utterly dominated the domestic scene in his time here. In Lennon’s first spell we regularly bottled it at Hampden. He should have won a treble during that time.

It wouldn’t be ridiculous at all. Be objective here. Do you honestly think he is getting enough out of the players, given the talent at his disposal. And do you think the players look like they’re playing for him?

I mean, the clear answer to both of those questions is no.

The warning signs were there from the cup final. The excuse then was that we didnt have a fit striker. We had strikers available today and the performance was no better.

Genuine question what would the last game be that Welsh played ? As far as im aware our youth team isn't back yet I could be wrong though

If that is the case he's almost inadvertently acknowledged Ajeti and Griffiths should have started * bizarre to say they are not fit when Welsh hasn't played at all

Agree. Was totally unfair to him to let him take on the 10iar job in the first place.

Genuinely, they’ve risked the mental and emotional (if not physical) wellbeing of a club legend who - perhaps more than any in our history - has sacrificed and thrown it all on the line for us.

But he simply doesn’t have it for this job, in this context. They’ve led him a merry dance and should be ashamed of themselves enough to part ways with him now before it gets any worse - for the club and for him.

Everyone involved deserves better from the powers that be.

Backed him to the hilt. Wavered a bit last year on him but stuck with it. Ferencvaros line up was the final straw for me and that was being generous with the time he had been given compared to a lot. I just hope its not too late.

    I'm done in here.

No not really. But yes I do think it’ll change. Think players be more settled now the transfer window is behind us (French Eddy being one), I’m hoping the lad from AC Milan can be the answer to our left side problems to balance out our team, Griffs and Ajeti yet to get up to speed, haven’t had Julien Duffy Ajer get a run of games together.

Exactly. So how can he say Ajeti and Griffiths aren't fit but throw Welsh in to start
