There are literally thousands of managers more qualified than Lennon that should of got the job

 

So we keep him in the hope that they collapse again? Is that really how far we’ve fallen?

Who we bring in would be the job of the board. But it wouldn’t be difficult to find a better manager than Lennon.

 

Send him back to Hibs n take Jack Ross.

Anything is better than Lennon at this point

 

We need a manager the players fear, another Rodgers type.

Luckily there are actually more football managers out there looking for work. If we were sitting 10 points behind them and Ronny Deila was our manager, would you be asking the same question ????

We have a section of support on this forum who deem anyone critical as being a hun, it's almost cult like delusions.

 

There are no managers in world football, who are attainable, and an improvement on Lennon? I find that hard to believe.

It is a job for the board, in any case, not supporters, and it is no argument for keeping an incompetent manager in his post.

 

The fact you can’t give a few examples speaks volumes. Hardly be a collapse, we’re 4 points behind with a game in hand.

 

I hate to agree with this, but I have to. Someone mentioned it weeks ago and it stuck with me - we have no patterns of play. We might score, but it’s likely to be a bit of individual brilliance or maybe a set play.

We’ve been horrific all season. Players look like they’re still in pre-season mode.

My only hesitation in getting rid of Lennon just now is the stage of the season we find ourselves in, but I’m not sure that means he should stay.

Who would I take? Assuming our board are cheap * that hire the first guy they seen on the shower, Jack Ross and our former assistant Damien Duff are better managers than him.

If we were a decently run club who had imagination and did research, there are thousands of better managers in Continental Europe. For a start, the managers of Ferencvaros and Cluj would be an enormous improvement on Lennon, and have knowledge about british football and english language due to playing in the EPL for long stints. Actually, the Cluj manager said explicitly "I WOULD LOVE TO MANAGE CELTIC". Give the guy a ring.

There are four names that are cheap, acessible and would come here in a heartbeat, just for a start. Imagine what a board of full time professionals who actually are paid handsomely for this job could find.

John Kennedy has been in charge of defense for years now. A * shambles of a defence game to game. Please, Celtic, get rid of this coaching team now, and whatever it costs, get in a tactical manager. Whatever it costs, it wont be a fraction of the money you will lose via disillusioned fans if we fail to get 10 in a row.
